Yes these things can help you. She's basically giving you tips that an actual therapist would tell you to try. I go to therapy and my therapist has said these same things to try. Much love girl. 💞
I’ve done well over the years, get fit seriously it really improves your mindset I went from 17 stone to 11 I’ve been enjoying my life more and I think I’ve found that special someone. The day you start improving on yourself is the day it gets better, yes progress is never linear but if you truly want something then you will achieve it!

I remember watching you when I was 11-16 years old you were someone I looked up to and wanted to be like. I had no idea you suffered from trichotillomania too 🥺. I wish younger me could have known because I’ve always had issues with my hair since I was about 8. It’s nice to know that I wasn’t alone ❤️

Extremely good advice for people who feel chronic sadness or people who are in an emotional crisis. But for Depression? Not really.
