Your video was so helpful !! I already upgraded the ram and changed to SSD, I stayed with Windows 7 x32. I want to use this laptop for school but I have had some problems to install some programs that I need, because most of them ask Windows 8, 9 or 10, and other ask x64 bits. I already checked and i have a x64 based processor, so I would like to know if you would recommend me to do the change or what would be the best for my situation. Thank you so much!! :)

you can try placing 4gb ram dim but its really hard to find the right ram that works , because it will not accept any 4gb rams. we tried many brands and models and only the old Samsung 4gb got accepted.
but you can do "virtual ram" paging and that will ease the pain

regarding your question: we place a 1333mhz, and they come with different bios and we have upgraded many to 4gb, see if you mobo can handle 4gb.

Please Help! I’ve been installed an A-Tech 4gb Ddr3L (the same as you recommend in description) but it doesn’t work on my acer aspire one d255e. It is a BIOS issue?
we do install 4GB A-tech on this laptops very frequently, it does happen that sometimes when the bios is very old it won't read over 2GB. check this link and see what is the max that it can read: czcams.com/video/tKEJTkVth4Q/video.html
something could be wrong with bios or you chip set that is not auto detecting the ram. try updating the bios.

I bought this netbook recently. I also upgraded to 2 g of ram. I would like to know what games I can play on it?
this laptop are not for gaming, if you run games you will damage the cpu, i wish i could tell you that you could but nop. BUT maybe some retro games you could play without any issue.
