    I’m currently enrolled and doing health care management program at UMA! And I have to say it’s impacted my life so much.     I am starting university this year in Turkey (Healtcare Management). Marmara University of Turkeys highest medical universities. We will take English language training in the first year. And 4 years of health management courses.
    My question is, can I come to Usa and find a job in 5 years?
    What efforts should I show for this?

    Talking about associate degree program that can prepare you for entry in healthcare management, what do you mean when you say medical terminology?

      There is a class required in the healthcare management field called medical terminology. It's usually only a 2 credit hour class and not too difficult. At least in my opinion

      @@bestcity0979 Honestly I was going to go to UEI, but then I found this school in the penny saver ads in the mail. It was only $3900 compared to 30,000 at UEI. The course was based on the students pace so I finished within 2 months. Then for my intern. They sent me to this Durable medical equipment company, but I do something totally different than what I learned in school. I do authorizations for Medi-Medi patients for five years now . I was going to do the CPC coding test, but I figured I get school done first since I’m almost done. So I transferred to a private online school two years ago and now next Year I should be done. Then go for my masters and maybe take my coding test If I go for Health MGMT career
      But since you’re a Bachelor student you more than likely will get an entry level position in billing and wherever you apply they will train you. Depending on what your Bachelors is in you can apply at a hospital and work your way up to administrator if you decide to get your Masters That’s my goal

    What are some great entry level jobs for recent graduates of healthcare management. I've looked at jobs on indeed but they require experience and Im struggling with finding well paying entry level positions

Employment in this field is projected to grow 18% (faster than average) from 2028 to 2028.

      I’m in the same boat as you. My major is marketing but I want to switch to healthcare management so I can work in holistic healthcare field. I have an associates as well but COVID & online classes gave me some setbacks but it gave me some time to think about it

      Depends on what you want to do within a hospital. Typically hospitals won’t hire young graduates to higher positions without years of experience

      MARY REYES that’s incorrect. Healthcare management is broader and she even said it in the video. Healthcare administration is just managing the staff. Healthcare management is managing all aspects of the facility and business aspects and you can also change your concentration with this degree because honestly its business management with a concentration in healthcare.
