I’m happy with the therapist who has been working on me for the past several years. But adding the sequence of 18:00 and for the following five minutes would make an amazing difference for me. Seeing that is like seeing a pitcher of ice water when you’re parched!

Lots of comments about the massages, but can we talk about the room? That place looks so comfy and relaxing.
It is! It’s a 200 year old renovated Bothy. Perfect for a therapy room. Situated in miles of countryside with sheep as neighbours. The only sounds are pheasants, sheep, church bells and occasional leather on willow as there’s the village cricket pitch nearby!
The youtube vortex led me here, and I'm glad it did.
The entire vid is wonderful, but the neck, face, & scalp parts are next-level superb in every best way. There aren't enough superlatives for your approach to this. It's insanely relaxing.
I have only one suggestion since I go to sleep with these: Perhaps do exactly the same thing, but in low light, maybe a few candles or just any kind of low lighting. Just a thought.

Quite relaxing I would enjoy being on your table. Although no one says “removing TOXINS anymore. This has been disproven. Yes lymph removes cellular waste -not toxins.
Quite right, lactic acids, free radicals, dead cells, but also spiritual waste that is shifted as we relax 💕
What contraindications would be a problem.... i would love this down to the thighs but no knees....
There are a few, including recent operation, open scarring, current infection, swelling eg oedema, under the influence of alcohol, drugs, strong medication, early pregnancy, too frail, very poorly, high fever or temperature.

Man...I wish she whispered instead of fully talking..every time I about doze off, she speaks and immediately wakes me fully, which led to ridiculous anxiety anticipating her loud voice😭...the sounds of the hands are a big part of being able to sleep, but having to turn volume WAAAY down so her voice isn't a startling loudspeaker explosion session...I can only watch on mute and hope to get sleepy soon.😢

We don't come here for the treatments, they're mostly bs (almost none of them have been proven to work, quite the contrary), but for the ASMR. We come for the story telling, the atmosphere, the fantasy around this whole vibe. Not for medical advice :)
