This gizmo will work fine for an iPhone but I have my doughs about a heavier camera such as a Z6/7 or Z8. I don't think this setup will be very sturdy, especially in windy conditions. Did you try that?
@@MoosePeterson Hi Moose, I'm sorry to be thick here... But is the idea that you want to keep the tilt and pan configuration of the Wildlife head in place, so you're using the gizmo to have adjustability without messing with the actual head?
@@dumeril7 since you seem to not have experience with a rational ball head, gimbal head or a fluid Wildlife Head, how would you know about their restrictive motion? Then I can see where the need for something like the Arcasmart 360 would be confusing. The idea is real simple, the arcasmart brings freedom to these heads restrictive motion eliminating having to carry a second head.

Thinking about it like an airplane, I would imagine the Wildlife head has good range of motion in the yaw and pitch axis, and zero range on the roll axis. The video bowl could provide 15° of roll motion, which would be very limited. So the Arcasmart is providing wide range of motion on all 3 axes. Have I got that right?

If you have a RRS L-Bracket already will it just attach to the head to be used as a normal head?

yes, the RRS would attach but the Wildlife Head, Gimbal Head, have no movement on the tilt and/or pan axis.
