Britania Group of Islands in Surigao del Sur is composed of four major islands - Buslon Island, Hagonoy Island, Naked Island and Hiyor-Hiyoran Island - as well as a few smaller ones such as the Paglangagan Islands.
There were available water activities in Buslon Island (jet-ski and banana boat ride) being offered if you want to, it's cheaper than the usual rate of these sports activities.
