Garlic Bread Recipe In Kadai | Eggless & Without Oven | Easy Garlic Bread | Restaurant Style
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Curd Yogurt
1 Tspn Sugar
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Baking Powder
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Water (If Needed)
Make Soft Dough
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix
Dust Some Flour
Roll the Dough
Brush Some Garlic Butter Mixture
3 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tspn Corn
2 Tspn Capsicum
Some Chilli Flakes
Some Oregano
Seal the Edges
Grease Some Oil
Place Baking Paper
Brush Oil
Brush Garlic Butter Mixture
Sprinkle Chilli Flakes
Make Cut Mark
Place a Kadai or Pan
Place a Stand
Pre- Heat a Kadai or Pan
Cook For 25-30 Min.
