- The Head of our Digital Jersey Academy, Rory Steel (aka @JerseyITGuy), takes us behind the scenes of the his Nintendo Switch accessibility controller build using Microsoft's Xbox Adaptive Controller.
The device has allowed Rory's children Ava and Corben, who have hereditary spastic paraplegia, to play their favourite game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, just like their peers do, highlighting the incredible importance inclusive tech.
Rory hopes to share a walkthrough guide in the near future as he builds version 2. An avid tech educator, he believes that creating accessible technology and the knowledge to do so should be freely available.
When he's not building viral creations, Rory can be found at the Digital Jersey Academy, passionately sharing his knowledge with Jersey's digital students. - Věda a technologie
You absolutely rule man. From one father to another: you are a hero in every sense of the word.
A father isn’t someone who forces his child to change
A father isn’t someone who abuses his child out of anger
A father is someone who treats his child like a person
