There needs to be a reckoning but democrats have consistently refused to protect the constitution. They refused to expand the court even after it was obvious that republican fascists had stacked the court to end democracy. Now democracy is dead and they still haven't said anything about restoring it.

Then start again, only after Congress passes a term limit law. 10 years is long enough in my book. Our Constitution needs to grow as our nation does. It can't under these fools who have no fear of ever losing their position. No one deserves a lifetime appointment in a democratic republic if we want to grow and progress forward.

From the Conservative party's reaction to the Civil Rights Movement and it's repurcussions, to the shifts in the Supreme Court and the Conservative's influence upon it, to the rise of arguably the Right's most intergral player in the last half of the 20th century, Leonard Leo, Whitehouse systematically dissects each facet, nuance, and shift as the Right maneuvered (successfully) a 40+ year power grab...and what's to be done about it for the future.
