@@TransparencyTalksNowvideo 2: look that's the end of it. The officer just got Done saying what the auditor is doing isn't illegal. Means there's no crime involved, there's no detained and there is no law saying that innocent civilians have to identified themselves to any law enforcement officers whatsoever.
Meaning the auditor should've remind the officers saying to them thank you officer you just say it on your camera & my camera that I haven't done anything illegal meaning that your work here is done. Suspicious by itself can't be none turn it to a crime nor give any cop's permission or consent to justified themselves for getting my i.D nor force me to comply to your request/demands at all period.
Also mean the cop's should've be dismiss as their claimed the cameraman did not commit a Crime.
The cop's are there because of a dispatch called. Nothing more & nothing less but of a paranoia police report call. The situation alone doesn't make it as a Criminal act.
So all this back & forth isn't necessary. Nor getting the cameraman to Identification himself
The cop's just wanted to have another person in their systems so their can keep continue harassed other's people rights

Suspicion is NOT a reason to ID. Have I committed a crime? NO? Then I don’t have to ID.
ME - when do I have to ID?
COP - when you commit a crime!
    ME - Have I committed a crime?
    COP - you are suspicious!
ME - Is suspicion a crime?
    COP - no
Mae - So if you have to suspect me of a crime and I have not committed a crime, do I have to ID?
COP - uh, uh, uh, uh, I’m just saying if you disrupt the operations of business, we will have a problem.
ME - Super, now do you want to answer MY question?
COP - have a nice day!
    ME - bye ossifer - I’m WINNING - 💃

When several police officers see a person in public with a camera taking pictures of their surroundings and say they want to know what you are doing, that is the moment you know you are being encircled and intimidated by Dumbasses, who believe that taking photographs in public is suspicious.
The more we see of videos about law enforcement the more you understand about how low the recruiting standards are and how inadequate and incorrect the training is before they are given a badge and a gun and let loose on the public.
Officer Coleman embarrassed himself from the off with his incorrect assertion that you had been requested to leave a public place and his colleague began by threatening arrest, then backed it up by implying he would solicit trespass requests from all businesses on the block and officer Coleman did just that at one business.
They topped it off with an unlawful arrest and wasted $10,000 dollars of public money.

Just subbed to your channel, dude!! Cheers to much success to you! I've been subbing to a bunch of auditing/cop watching channels because you can never be too educated when it comes to our rights. I used to do a lot of stupid shit in my teens-early 20s and had to learn sh*t the hard way when it came to my rights. I mainly committed 90 day misdemeanors which are basically the lowest misdemeanor charges in the state of Michigan. A couple arrests I had coming to me. A few arrests were made because I didnt know my rights which the cops took advantage of as they always do. I am happy more and more people are learning in this day and age. One of the best things that has happened for We The People was the invention and automatic implementation of cameras/video cameras in our phones which makes it super easy to hold our government or any other person accountable. We have been seeing a major shift in law enforcement which is great. We have a ways to go but I believe we will get to where we need to be. I love EXCELLENT LEOs but I hate the tyranny. The tyrants ruin it for the good cops and there are a bunch of good cops out there who give a shit about the oath that they took. I want to be so well versed when it comes to my rights that everything that needs to be said easily slides off my tongue. When you are able to confidently do that, the police back down. If you somewhat know your rights but arent confident when you are trying to exercise them, cops will see it as a weakness and will most likely still try to violate you. You need to act more "powerful" than the cop thinks they are so they are no match and get fearful of any reprocussions that may occur after the interaction. Keeping them on their toes is where they need to be.

I understand what you’re saying but it’s not accurate. Here’s the definition as provided by Terry v Ohio case law that established RAS. “The reasonable suspicion standard requires police to show that they have specific, articulable facts which would indicate to a reasonable officer that criminal activity is afoot.” Police are both not required to tell a suspect why they are being detained and they do not need to have a specific crime. This a myth going around the audit community. This is the law as of now. However, I very much wish that the law will change. We the citizens need to vote in better legislators.

16:42 This cop is so stupid. He thinks it should be as easy as you telling on yourself if you are actually wanted. The art of investigating has been lost by today’s police and has turned into “let me see your ID”. I could either show you my ID and go about my day if everything checks out or I could just go about my day. Those that don’t get it, probably won’t ever have the intellect to get it.

Video 2: If it goes "sideways" down the line, THEN he can try to get ID. Only if "sideways" equals to a broken law. They can't just ID you just in case you commit a crime down the road. That means they may as well ID every single person they talk to.That's some major BS right there. They want to run your name right away, lol. I'd love to see him give a name out and just walk away and say, "Ok, you've got my name. Take care now!" If they said you are being detained until we run your name, then they'd be royally screwed. I'd love to see what would happen to him if he wasn't detained prior to giving out his name, end up being illegally detained immediately after
telling them just so they could try to run the name. Then, see him keep walking away despite hearing them say that he was being (unlawfully) detained. You dont have to listen to unlawful orders. "I was free to go anyway. I gave you my name just in case anything goes "sideways." If they went hands on to prevent him from leaving, they'd be in some sh*t. I haven't seen a video where that happens so it'd be interesting to see the outcome of an interaction like that.

It looks like most cops will try the bravo sierra first to see if you'll believe them. Then they will go to empty threats of arrest or demand ID. They want the camera out of there but they can't say that out loud so they shovel bravo sierra to see how stupid you are and/or if you're a bootlicker. Then, quite appropriately, they will have the choice of illegally arresting you at great cost to us taxpayers or do the walk of shame. All you would need to do is keep your mouth shut.
