Great lesson.Oh and your hand will hurt in alot less than 15 mins..Try alternating between 1,3,2,3 etc 1,4,3,4 etc 1.3.2.3 etc.it really does help left and right hand. i only tried it for an hour or so and got results.simple but effective practice..
