Compared to most I give it a C- only due to low price. Builders forget ppl want tiny homes for their low price to downsize save tons of money not hassle w maintenance and the tiny homes now turning into not so tiny w $$69k-$120k for what they consider tiny. No character no personal touch like we see ppl who bought or built them a couple yrs ago. I can’t find a builder for 400sq ft to build tiny home for under $65k. They’re not like homes, they depreciate in value that’s a fact so may as well stay w my mortgage at least I’m making equity

mini split does not go over sink ! need shelves there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! place needs a woman to design it, no storage ! what were you thinking ?! !
I'd purchase and live in of these... better than renting a Studio probably size of that w/o a bedroom for 1k a month if not more depends of the area!
