This prefab house also has several different options and is built to the ANSI code! The manufacturer of this park model is Athens Park! This model is the "Wedge." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I absolutely love the all black kitchen! I get so tired of looking at all that white in most other homes.
Me too, this is a refreshing change.
I have all black appliances and a black counter and they are really hard to keep clean. The stove especially.
@@rexmundi8154 I can see that being a problem. My favorite color is black, but I have to be careful with my black clothes because they show dirt and car hair horribly.
Like the black cabinets, even the shower color. I always wanted to see a manufacturer showcase a true ADA park model for wheelchair uses. That would be a dream for so many people. Thank goodness, Jesus is about to call His people home.

I love everything about this house . And having a front porch is the icing on the cake. Perfect tiny house.
Love it. It's an easy aftermarket fix, but wish they'd put in counter-depth refrigerators .
And switch door handles. They open facing the wrong way.
Love this tiny home. No stairs to climb up to a bedroom. Single level.
Very nice layout. Don't care for black cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink....just too much darkness in kitchen.
I like the black throughout and love it has a dishwasher.

Beautiful home for a couple. Sure would love a fireplace though. Hope that beautiful sink is porcelain and not plastic! The shower is awesome, unless you have hard water😊. It looks woodsy to me.over all a stunning home . Thanks Chance, best to the family...

I love this home, the dark features mean easy cleaning and low maintenance. That kitchen is huge for a tiny jome. I also love the tiny space by the kitchen you could use to do yoga ☺️. Nicely built and furnished. ❤
Very nice house and the price range is fair. I was looking at Incredible Tiny Homes, and this blows away anything that they have, on style and price, for this size.

I like it overall I just prefer the side entry through the kitchen, allowing more usable furniture placement in the living room. I've seen this model on other channels, it is one of my favorites. Put the way in on the black, I personally love it.
You don’t not hardly see dishwasher in a tiny home , that was really nice

I would absolutely live here! I'd switch out the shower for a shub though. I'd also put a full sized bed against the wall over having in the middle. Loved the kitchen! Not normally keen on tiny homes, but this is a winner!

Chance the first thing I thought when I saw this was a boathouse in a marina. Just get a wider deck around the home and put in a side door and you're ready to go. I think this is a cute house. Not my style but still cute.

this is a palace. I could sprawl out in here, I love it.
What I would do:
1.Removed peninsula table. Just small table would be enough .
2. Turn sink to wall opposite to shower. That will increase top space and place bin for clothes under extended part.
3. Do tiles up to ceiling in shower
4. Turn bed and move under window like a day bed
I absolutely really love the layout and color of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite part is the built-ins.

I love the black cabinets and fittings, It has a lovely modern look. I think I would opt out of having the built in table though, a small free standing circular table on the opposite side against the window would free up more space for a small armchair where the original built table is giving the area a more cosy feel and additional seating. I would also opt out of the built in bedside tables and the small shelf next to the door, I'd like to choose my own options for here.

Shower tiles looked like suede. I really like tiny homes, but there's never enough wall space for bookshelves for my taste, just my preference tho.
The breakfast bar thing looked as tho it slid back but I'm guessing it didn't or Chance would have said that. There was also no cupboard behind the breakfast bar not even accessible from the living room side which I think is a bit wasteful/shortsighted
I mainly watch these for the way Chance presents them. Very enjoyable, so thanks Chance, or 'diolch yn fawr' as we say in my part of the world 😊
A dream would be this color scheme... this layout in general about twice the square footage.

Cute! I really liked this home.... I'm a bit different than the others, I didn't care for the black cupboards. I like color... It was drab. The house itself was really nice tho. It would be perfect as a vacation home.

Design is everything
This is nice, really nice for 1 or two people. I like the porch.It's great with the fan. The shower towel is too dark Hopefully the bedroom has enough storage okay This is fantastic.

I own and live in a home similar to this one. I was able to customize the layout and design... perfect for myself and dog. I came from a 1400 sq foot home and am doing very well with the reduced size. Those interested should know that there is a lot of built in storage and other floor plans have even larger kitchens.

It’s nice for a single person
Hello Chance! This is a fairly nice Vacation/Weekender Home!! Very nice porch too. I could make do for a week or two of vacation time in it, or a trip to it on a couple weekends a month. Have it sitting in the middle of the woods with a nice year round creek close - bliss! Or if that's your thing, have it on a beach somewhere. Of course, you can always combine 2 of these homes together - or even 3 of them! It would make you a very nice cozy permanent home set-up. That is, if they let you kinda build what you want inside them. Have one as your living space with half bath, one as your bedrooms with a couple bathrooms, and one as your hobby rooms with a half bath! Price would still probably be less than most double wides, and for sure less than a triple wide! Good video Chance. God bless y'all.

This is my favorite of all I've seen so far. If only it had a loft it would be perfect. The black cabinets & doors are awesome. And the shower looks great.
Love the exterior , maybe even as much as the interior.
Front door off to side is nice too, but i do wish steps were lined up with door.
Just my personal preference for using a front deck .

$275 a square ft not including costs for land seems steep.
All decent 399 sq ft homes cost that much. $100k minimum. Post pandemic pricing.
The shower tile is a copper color and I love this house!! I definitely could live here very comfortably!

Beautiful I would use a bronze black and white kitchen backsplash to bring it all together I noticed the window over the bed is a slider you could get out in case of a fire.
