Talks with Diary of an Elephant Orphan Filmmaker

This was shot while I was filming Khanyisa's story. My one friend told me I should do an interview with myself and take this CZcams Channel thing seriously... that was 3 years ago.
But here it is now - life happened and we were in edit with the film for a looooooong time.

Thank you so very much for this film. I am a subscriber to Herd Elephant Orphanage and watched Khanyisa since she was a baby and brought to Adine and the carers at HERD. I have cried tears of sadness for this little baby when it seemed she might not survive and I have cried tears of joy at her every step to healing. Her acceptance into the Jabulani herd was the culmination of their extremely hard work to save her and her second chance to grow up, be loved and have her own ellie herd again. We love Khanyisa and all the Jabulani herd and the team at HERD for never giving up. Thank you for sharing their amazing story.

@@diaryofanelephantorphan an update, in case you were not aware. HERD just lost their little baby bull Phabeni at 11 months due to acute enteritus. A loss that has half a million of us in devastating grief.
