What I think is interesting is that, she handed him cake that had a heart on it. Meaning that whoever baked that cake still thinks he has a heart buried somewhere under there somewhere. And he didn't eat the cake, which makes it seem like he doesn't want to lose his heart. It's a little interesting to think about

I like how someone in the comments under the og episode said that Verosika giving Blitz the cake is her realizing that he belongs there too.
"Here have some cake" and she hands him a cake of his own heart. As in, eat your heart out.
I feel like there's so many good takes on the cake handoff. Eat your heart out is completely valid but there also leaving him stuck with the one part of him that he could never commit with/give away. The oozing frosting reads easily as a bleeding heart, he doesn't take a bite and just puts it aside, so it's either too heavy or disgusting that even he doesn't want it or just can't bear the sight of it. Verosika does great in this episode, probably the only one who understands Blitz belongs at this party just as much as everyone else.

Stolas's song totally gives the same vibe as Daphne joining the hex girls and singing about Fred in that one scooby-doo movie

I did some internet detective work and discovered that the date from Fullmoon was in September 30 2023, and since this Apology Tour takes place on Halloween, Blitz and Stolas have been broken up for a month.

Lotus, i have hope that Blitz and Stolas will get back together because in the trailer for part 2 of this season, Blitz was protecting Stolas from something from Stella's brother (Andrelphas). So maybe towards the end of this season or inbetween points of the next episodes they can finally fix their relationship.

They both needed that, it's a necessary pain before the relief. Blitz needed to realise how he affects other people, confront and fully feel the remorse without his usual violent outbursts (also see that people can and will move on without him). Stolas needed to have fun, to finally find more people that like him and want his company (thou I hope he will not sleep with the dude, he's drunk and vulnerable, not a great combo). They need time away from each other for Stolas to analyze his own mistakes in their situation and for Blitz to feel complicated stuff.
Also, I love small things like that line "it's not an imp's place to protect the Goetia" said with sarcasm when we know Blitz will protect Stolas in the nest episodes. It's just a clever writing.

yeah easy the best song from the show and easily my favorite episode so far 💜 the bad news is the next episode Ghostfuckers won't come out till October (and my predictions are very end of October around Halloween) BUT were gonna get 3 new shorts over the cause of the next 3 months 🎉🎉

And asking him to abandon his parental responsibility to Loona, and rescue him instead - even though Stolas himself didn't realize he was in real danger. And expecting sexual payment in return for rescuing Blitz from the DHORKS.
++Also pay attention to how Stolas (and Stella) treats imp service staff.
And yet Stolas has never apologized or even admitted he did anything wrong. He wants Blitz to change, but isn't willing to do the same.
Baby talk? Okay if we want to talk about how they speak to each other? Who started by seducing the other to steal a book? Who manipulated whom to get the book for a job? Who is constantly throwing insults, racist comments about other demons appearances and shouts the most vile things to the people he supposedly cares? Dtolas might be dumb and oblivious for not noticing the imp comments are racist, but Blitz knows and he means all of his words, there'sa difference there
I’m not sure he realizes any of that was wrong yet. Seems like he got 90% of his education on romance from movies and other media and hasn’t figured out how none of that actually works in real life.

As much as it sucks that they didn’t end up together in this episode, i feel like they both really need this time apart right now. They both have their shit they need to work through.
Stolas needs to get out of his shell more and to be honest? He needed that dance wtih that guy. I know thst guy was annoying but that was like the first time Stolas felt truly appreciated by someone. If we think about it Stolas has never been truly appreciated in his life and forced to marry someone against his will and ended up being an abusive partner to him. He needs to learn to love himself and find friends who appreciate him. Also, he needs to realize that he has looked down on Blitz more than he says he does. Sure, his feelings have changed but their relationship STARTED OFF as a friends with benefits type of relationship. And there are multiple times where he said many things to Blitz that were degrading. Stolas needs to learn to listen to others and not be a hypocrite.
Now, for Blitz? He's a piece of fucking work. He's so traumatized and he has let his trauma be an excuse to be an asshole to others. He does shitty things to people on purpose due to his lack of self love and it has obviously led to many consequences. Like damn Blitz you havw THIS MANY people you have fucked over?! Blitz needed this wake up call. He needs to do some serious soul searching, love himself and let people in before he can consider having a true and meaningful relationship. Basically, he needs to stop self sabotaging. (Which is something I can relate to and its something I really want to stop doing as well).
So in summary, they both are fucked up traumatized people and they need some time and space before they can consider dating. They will end up together, however, not anytime soon.

The fact that Verosika served Blitzø his own heart on a silver platter is hilarious.
But I love that Blitzø didn't eat it. Compared to how he acted at Bee's party after what happened at Ozzie's, this is a great and subtle indicator that he does want to change. Also Blitzso they way he talks to Versoika is a little bit more open than it was with his ex could remind you that he has been through so much stuff in his past he cant open up until everything is thrown in his face and makes him think about his actions as a whole instead of being willfully ignorant. He has a fear of loneliness even though his ex made it plain as day that he wanted someone to love him. Blitzo was being very condescending with his ex in the first part of the video because he was too blinded by his own greed for sex and wanting to feel like he was earning his way to torment and do evil or do his job. I recognized that right away because i used to be like that but i can to the realization that i was going inevitably going to be alone it made me start taking a look at my inner self as a person and see what i was was afraid of and that my FEAR is being alone. No one wants that unless they have make that ultimate decision to do so or they have come to accept that they will be, in which i have not and probably never will.
You are my favourite reactor for this show and I and i'm actually happy with the episode, Blits did need a wake up call but iii still think there are things Stolas needs to realise as well! Brice Pinkham voices Stolas and dang the talent is real and he does some of the best songs in the show honistly

Just a fun thing to take note of is blitz is 34 mean only 20 years of dating meaning most of those relationships that hate blitz are luke week long relationships

Or and this is more likely since he has slept with multiple people before, he cheated on many or at least had many one offs at the same tome, but accordong to Verosika most wanted a more serious relationship and Blitz either lashed out, ghosted or simply hurt them
