This will always be my favorite Jimmy Buffet song. It takes me to a beautiful deserted island. Just my late wife and me. Reminds me of our week on the beach in Belize. God how I love this song.
All ya have to do is start playing these good ol' Jimmy Buffett songs and problems and worries just disappear into the sunset. So put on your favorite Hawaiian shirt, shorts, flip flops, grab a beer and LET IT ALL GO!!! 🩳🌺🍺🍔⛵🌅🌴🌊
Jimmy, I LOVE all of your music!!! This is my favorite song. You passed away yesterday, may you rest in paradise and may it always be five o’clock somewhere!!! Love you, .Jimmy ❤❤❤!!
It hurt so much listening to this beautiful song. God, I miss my wife so much. We celebrated our 30th anniversary on that island off Belize in 2007. I love this song. But it hurts so much to listen too it. My high school Sweetheart. She did give such a wonderful Son. I miss you Lynnett.
Back in my home harbour Sibenik, Croatia, on the Blue Adriatic Dalmatian coast. Different places but the seas are all the same and listening to Jimmy brings so much joy. Sail on sailor.
Jimmy Buffett's music was such a huge part of my life....helping to get me through life's challenges and bringing family and friends together to enjoy his music. I pray that someday we meet at that "One Particular Harbor" in the great beyond!
There used to be a complete video of this concert in Anguilla on CZcams, but I can't find it any more. I miss it so much. It was one of my favorites! He is a legend!!
This has been my favorite Buffett song ever since the "One Particular Harbor" album came out but the live versions where Nadirah comes soaring in over the chourus at the end take it to a whole new level.
Saw Jimmy once at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. This video brought me back to that sunny day when a nubile bikini-clad girl asked if she could sit on my shoulders because she couldn't see. Thank you Jimmy for the memories.
The cut from the beachfront version to the concert mid song is an editing masterpiece. Best seen and heard on a good video/audio system from the Blue Ray disk. It demonstrates the level of audience excitement in every way.
Jimmy plz come to South Carolina!!! I wanna be at your concert so bad!! I have grew up on your music!! I know almost every word to every song. Plz come to South Carolina! -Riley
I remember back in 2004 being in the front row in Indy ( second night ) and Jimmy looked down a few times ...I am thinking “ that I know more of the words that Jimmy does “ but that is easy ...I listen to his music every day ...I am sure he doesn’t
So the original version of the song goes from the verse "when my hair's full grey/And I finally disappear" into the Tahitian chorus and outro. But as best I can tell, the radio edit of the song added in a repeat bridge, which is probably what you're thinking of. And he did sometimes play the "radio edit" in concert. There's a video of his Live By the Bay concert that includes this version. As far as the "not yet" addition, that was definitely something he added as he got older. Jimmy was a master at localizing his lyrics to fit the crowd he was playing to. Plus when you've played a song 10,000 times over, it's hard to want to play it the exact same way every time.

Is it weird to say that I would love to expire my time where on earth in this magical place? It’s actual Heaven on Earth…
Me, too. This is "my" song ❤
Man this is good stuff. Aint never gonna be the same without Jimmy.
The Live in Anguilla version is the ultimate version of this song.

I was there too, it was such a great concert, and the first dance at our wedding was by Jimmy Buffett !!
How many are left that even know what a pay phone is/was?
Times may change, but that doesn't mean they change for the better.
The payphones I used were in Cruz bay St John USVI sailing with Robi and Guido

Radio margaritaville you can hear it all the time
One of his greatest hits at the best venue of any of his concerts. As concerts go, the greatest venue was from 0:02 - 2:17, nothing compares! 🏝😎🏖

Saying that sucking a margarita through a straw while wearing a mask....time have changed
man I'd like to bump with those two goddesses she gives me chills every time I hear her sing.
You might change your mind about Tina G once you get closer to her .....lol ......
Please upload the whole concert in Anguilla
at one time you could see the whole concert on you tube; 10+ years ago.
Magic just came to the islands there.
so whats the answer to my original question ???? what happened to the whole complete concert
Can someone tells me why he says “not yet” and doesn’t sing the rest of the song after the beat drop?
