Thanks for the idea on the cheese board Mac and cheese , will try that tonight with the leftover cheese . Have started putting Christmas decorations away fed up looking at them and trying to clean around them and all the Christmas food apart from cheese is gone . 😀
The week between Xmas eve and new years day is my favourite week, twilight zone, time doesn't exist, no rules exist I love it. My decs don't come down till the end of January, I put a lot of work into them and I enjoy them so much I make the most of them, also I get very down when the lights come down and the dark nights are back. Don't panic about the food and exercise there's a whole new year coming, love ye, wishing you all every happiness ❤❤❤❤❤ extra heart for Nanny di 💖💖

I fasted yesterday, having already cleared out the leftovers, sealed stuff went to the food bank. It was hard and I went to bed with a headache. This morning I feel great had a good night sleep, starting meal replacements today. 🐕

Been so poorly over Christmas ive actually lost weight, you would think i would be happy about that, but im gutted!! I missed out on all the lovely food, i missed the pure gluttony, i missed the alcohol, the lot!! My husband offered to go shopping for me today to get some christmas treats before they all go, but i still cant eat! :-( I 100% intend to have a blowout when im feeling up to it, before i eat clean in the new year!
