Thank you for sharing that good info with us Alexander. Spiritual meditation, writing, doing some form of exercise, drinking hot herbal tea with 100% honey, growing plants, having the right therapist who cares, etc. are some good things in regards to maintaining mental health 👩🏾⚕️👨🏾⚕️
