I just ordered the Touring Hybrid in Radiant Red and I am looking forward to it!
Looks great! Very modern, not too busy. Surprised at all the folks in the comments that think this is worse than the last model. I was at the dealership to see it in person and i thought it looked even better.
Amazing video!
See i understand brands are trying to go electric but omg this seems slow. The 2.0L was so much better than this engine. It doesnt sound very imposing either. its very natural which some folks make prefer. I usually like new generations of a vehicle better than the old gen but this is an exception. its nice for what it is but the camry sells are gonna sky rock.
Camry already has a hybrid that gets better mpg too. Imagine the new in 2024.
You got that right. The interior of the Camry looks dated, but from a performance standpoint, the Camry now kicks the Accords butt with respect to performance. What a shame - it never had to happen.
I love the new Honda accord, it’s very nice
I love this new one, But still love my 2020 2.0T Accord design and fun I have with 252 rated hp but dyno says 272 and did work to get 320hp.
Hold on to it and treat it well. It will be valuable some day. That 2.0T Accord is a little rocket - I know - I have one!
@@Batt44us thanks, I will
You want to pay all new honda accord 2013 I want the touring
I am looking forward to seeing another review compared to K5~~~~
Noted on our list of future comparison ✅
everyone talking about the 2.0L turbo but only 20% of sales were 2.0T for the 2022 model. if you were in hondas position you do the same lol
Hi, however they never really promoted the car.
It’s always the case. The car enthusiasts usually hang around car review and have strong opinions about it. But they rarely translate to the actual sales.

I liked this table for comparison
It seems that the Honda Accord still has harsh and bad ground insulation 💩
The sound of ground insulation is very clear in the video
Thanks 👍
Hey guys good job always. I will probably buy this car
Thanks!
Wow 62 db reading is a lot
Lol. And Honda said it was going to be quieter.. still the worst out of the bunch. And that was at 50 miles an hour. I thought in the US most highways are 60 to 65 miles an hour. Is that true? I'm from Canada in our highways are 100 km an hour.
@@savethemanuals1597 Most Highways the speed limit is 75mph (120km)
And this is the top trim which is is supposedly to have more sounds dampening
@@OMAR-5656 wow. That must be nice. So...dB at 75mph...not going to great
Did you see the note on the graphic put up saying rough road? Interior noise between competing cars can only be compared on the same stretch of road under similar conditions. I just got our '23 Touring and it is much much quieter than the outgoing generation. I once rented a 1.5T Sport, drove it 3000 painful miles. The tire noise was awful. Like my '23 Touring, it had the 19" wheels and tires. No comparison between the two.
A reviewer of this car when lamenting the loss of a 2.0T engine said, “Everything that isn’t all out performance is turning into an appliance. At least this is a good appliance”
With the 2.0T model, Honda turned that "appliance" into a sort of performance family sedan. It's surprisingly quick and fun to drive - I know, I have one. With the 2.0T 10th gen Accord, Honda appears to have said, "Why not make a family sedan "fun, sporty and quick?" Now with 11th gen, Honda said, "We were just JOKING! - NO FUN FOR YOU! It's like Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown. Honda: Are you listening? - this 11th gen has gotten soundly "booed" on most forums. Using baseball parlance, The 10th gen was a home run. This 11th gen is like a weak grounder to the pitcher only for Honda to get thrown out at first. If you have done this to steer more people who want a fun family sedan to drive in the direction of Accura - that's shabby indeed!
In your opinion, is the Accord due for a makeover? I would like to see a whole new design direction for Accord. The body needs more than a refresh.
This is all new, but it already needs another redesign
@@andybub45 yesssss
Yeah, Im definitely keeping my 2.0T, I would not trade it for this new Taurus…I mean Accord & 7 Secs 0-60, “Well done Honda”
100% keep that car of yours
I guess I’ll be holding onto my ‘18 accord 2.0 ! A hybrid isn’t going to replace this car. Honda had 7:36 finally gotten it right and now they are going to regret this change!,
😴😴😴
Just saw my future in Buicks Wildcat. What an amazing design !
Wow ........ trying to make the New Hybrid ......... Your Joking - Right !!
This is making the Subaru exciting to drive.
Honda wants to market the Accord towards the younger green minded people by going all Hybrid. I personally would not buy this car because of to many reasons to mention. But I wish Honda well with this new strategy. Lets see how the sales figures come in versus the 10th generation.
Cannot believe they dumped the 2.0T. I suppose hybrid is better than all electric.
Yep! If everyone had an electric car right now it would burn out the grid. We are not ready...
@@Batt44us Agree 100%. Trying to force running before we can even walk.
Mason are you falling asleep? You guys do great reviews and discuss the important aspects, but I am just really disappointed in the new Accord.
Lol. I think that's why they were sunglasses...
Not an improvement. Six trim levels? Could have left 1 trim for the car enthusiast. No fog lights, no active dampers, fewer seat adjustments. Pass. I'm driving a 2021 Touring with the 2.0T. It is my 4th Accord, and last. Same price with less content. Big disappointment.
This is the only hybrid I would've own bro.
Looks nice!
Sport-L is the go to model 🔥
I can't get past the exterior styling. Don't want to be driving around in a grandpa car
The Camrys (except the xse v6) is a grandpa car. The accord behind the wheel is a revelation
I agree. This is a very unattractive car.
@@naveenthemachine you just come up with an excuse to make any Toyota seem bad. The Camry is a very nice, fun driving car. The Accord is now the bland appliance. No CVT car is fun to drive, ever.
@@andybub45 I said the Camry XSE v6 looks really great. TRD is tacked on to cost cutting. The XLE is missing something
I love the way both drive. But even the accord 1.5 drives better than the Camry 2.5
@@naveenthemachine conveniently excludes the Camry XSE because he owns one himself
It is only now that I see you two share the last name. 😂 Are you two brothers?
Correct 👍
Hey yall!
I definitely haven’t been a big fan of the outgoing generation’s interior or exterior but Honda certainly knocked that incoming gen out of the park with all its aesthetics. The only reason I wouldn’t personally purchase one would be because of the seemingly underwhelming powertrains, but otherwise, it looks to be a great and much needed product offering in their evolving lineup.
You say they took away the 3 damper modes standard, sport, and luxury, but then I heard you say let's put this in sport mode? I thought no more 3 modes options but only 1 standard option. 🤷♂
Sport mode still changes the steering heft and throttle response even though it can no longer adjust the suspension
This accord is a failure. Camrys are going to be flying off the lots
Wait for the new Camry design comes out it's going to walk over this Honda Accord. Toyota has so much potential to making their new Camry not only more fuel efficient( the old one is still better than the Accord) but to keep the driving sportiness in it. I think Toyota has done well with their exterior styling on all their lineup of vehicles and I don't think the Camry will be an exception.
Camrys suck!
I do hope toyota has been paying attention to this because they have such a good opportunity to make the new camry so much more appealing to people if they match hp to the v6 or better even if they do hybrid they have shown they can do performance hybrid unlike Honda has let down alotta people with this accord so many people were so excited for the 11th gen to be disappointed.
i bought a honda accord touring hybrid. very happy with it. camry is so outdated
This new generation looks a lot better than the bucktooth monstrosity it replaced.
It looks SO boring. I'd rather have bucktooth
Have to disagree. The 10th Gen looked sharp.
I vote for the 10th and 9th Generation over this 11th generation snore
Thank you! Glad to know I’m not the only one who didn’t care for the unibrow front/fugly stapler rear of the 10th gen lol…
