That’s why Nike is not stupid just like they signed Michael Jordan. they signed CC because she’s great at dealing with the media same with Tiger Woods. Before they said it was because she’s white and white privilege but what about Tiger Woods and MJ? Are they white? I’m glad people of color And caucasians can come together and realize this woman is not about race it’s about talent and the ability to make her teammates better around her. Mind you we understand that when a new player comes into a league that it’s very hyped up there’s always gonna be some jealousy Anger you name it especially when you get a big contract like that. But hopefully overtime people realize she was worth it and she seems to get better and better as time goes on. If I were the fever, I would make sure I build a team around her not her around the team, because in the end, if they don’t make her happy, she’ll leave to go to another team and if she gets really good, I would love to see her try to play in the NBA that would be amazing to see the first woman to play in the NBA with men I think she would be a really good shooting guard. The problem is I don’t think she can guard big guys, they are just so big and fast that she probably won’t be able to keep up with them . But I think it’ll be pretty amazing even to give her a chance to try and play that would be something else to see. Then we could truly see why women cannot compete with men in most physical sports.

She’s like this because she doesn’t take it for granted. She works hard to play the best she can. As long as she keeps doing what she’s doing she will be the greatest WNBA player ever. She plays as a team member. She’s not a ball hog and obviously loves every part of the game, even when they commit flagrant fouls against her. Just remember she is at about 85% at the free throw so fouling her just means she makes more points.

What an incredible statement from Phoenix. I trust there are a few red faces around the league coaching and management offices. Maybe a few walk backs are in order, and the USOC should now be ashamed to show themselves. Caitlin today was directly responsible for 50% of the winning points (44 of 88 winning points)!
