Please I am currently working as Nurse assistant in a hospital in Nigeria for four months now but I have previous health related experience more than one year so how will I explain it in my recent letter of employment which is four months old that I have previous health related experience that will make it altogether more than 6 months for me to qualify for admission into this PCA program. Use the experience and payslip of 2023 to apply.

Then if your employer doesn't give you accomodation, what will happen. Because u said its not guaranteed.
You said this work contract is two yeats right?, for So does it mean that after two years, you have to leave the job and the country even?
Pnp pathway is more like you are coming through a provincial nominee program. It's very fast to get PR with that.
While PCA is when you applied through a PCA program that will enable you to come over to start working asap

Hello Sandra, what about if u are just volunteering in a hospital or care home, this is because i am a civil servant presently but i am doing d online care giving certification and presently looking for wear to do volunteering.
Yes your volunteering it's ok, be sure they gave you a certificate and if possible an experience letter.
Your online certification is very good, get them as well.
