2024 Santos Fat Tire Festival: Epic 50 Mile Ride

My first time tackling the EPIC 50 mile challenge at Santos Fat Tire Festival in Ocala, FL. The trails were mint, cardio was much better but the weather was hot. Good times nonetheless, will be back next year with even better fitness than before...

Nicely done - the ride AND the video recap. I rode Epic 50 last year and had a blast...and slept REALLY well that night. This year I decided to only ride out and back to the Land Bridge and spend more time riding around Santos trails/Vortex. Glad I did - had a blast testing my nerves on a few jumps at Vortex (I'm more of an all-mountain guy here in Atlanta) and test-riding a few newer 29'ers from the bike vendors.
The Ocala MTB Assn does a great job with this event overall - will be back!!

Thank you, appreciate you checking out the vid... Vortex and that pit area is loads of fun, were it not for the event, I would have been there riding that part as well... GA has alot of great trails, we make do with what we have in Florida 😂.... OMBA does a great job for sure...thanks to this event, I got to meet many new people with the same passion... 🤙🙏
