How do you absorb Love? I have no parents or other matriarch or patriarchal people in my life to guide me. I have children (I love my children but there's still a disconnect). 1 day, I said, I'm awake now out of the blue, saw my life from a 3rd person angle and it so wasn't fair, so I decided to put ground rules and actioned. I used to have tinnitus. I stopped coffee and all other forms of caffeine..it went away and now I am back on coffee for two years with no problem.
I do get it here and there when I eat bad foods like cereal and packaged sweets. But that's such a rare occasion, maybe once a year.

I feel tingling in the swollen lymph nodes on the inside of both my elbows. Kind of a warmth too. There's definitely a heaviness in my limbs. I closed my eyes… I scrolled down the number of letters in my name and asked to
see 33 which has been chasing me since 2016 if I truly have ascended & manifested psychic abilities and release of fear formed by matrix…. I opened my eyes and I’d landed on your comment with ‘33’ likes. I navigate dimensions others don’t or I haven’t met anyone like me person to person. 2016 a woman found dead behind my house, I told everyone a second woman would be killed because the first one told me through the water. Water is a conductor for me to go into trance. Her body was 10 days in sewer but I saw her 5 days before hail pushed her out. 10 years prior I told everyone that I would never walk back there because women will be found dead there. I’d become vegetarian and started meditating at 3:33am since 2011 at that 4th floor window that looks right at the sewer. I knew I would help her but was scared. I went to a poker game and asked ‘God if I’m ment to help her mother find out who killed her daughter and threw her down a sewer well in county closed off by two wire fences but hail pushed her under the road and out of sewer behind my house. She also happened to be from BOLIVIA like me, she was also in a DV relationship like me, she was shown on tv and she looked so much like that my 4 year old pointed to the tv and said ‘mommy you tv’. Synchronicity, her mother knocking on doors came upon mine. I faced off on news against chief of police why dogs weren’t used, why her body was there 10 days with no answers for her mother. 33…. I wore her watch and she told me a second woman would be killed. The police told me to stop scaring the public. 3 months later Erica Hickson found dead in same area. Both were counselors at a youth living facility. Sat next to mother in court. Woodbridge VA 2016 April 29. When the mother first approached me I went to a poker game and asked ‘God if I’m ment to help this mother show me a sign. First hand I play I hit quad 3’s taking out two other players. I pushed the chips in and quit game and ran to sewer to see if I could get any messages. And it was that a second woman would be killed. Excuse long message. We are intricately connected to forces and dimensions if we cleanse our pineal gland. It’s 4:44am and I’ve just finished meditating. I awoke from this other state of consciousness at 32 minutes into the video, felt like maybe 6 to 8 minutes had passed. I saw so many swirling shades of blue moving in waves. I saw the face of my daughters dad who passed away 3 years ago and had a conversation with him in my head, I understood everything being said to me. And then before my eyes were even opened again, I became fully aware of where I was and that it was "over."
This was truly incredible and I will never forget this experience ❤️

I've been crazy sick for the last week for no good reason - fever, chest pains, the whole nine yards. Started listening to this with my eyes closed and after a few minutes in, I suddenly realized that the day I began feeling horribly sick was the anniversary of the day my mother passed. This was the first year in 8 years I hadn't remembered the event. Must somehow be repressed emotions manifesting in illness. Time to embrace healing, spirit and physical.

I had a strong release from my eyes and sinuses. I had pain in both eyes. Sharp pain in the right eye and tears released. I felt peaceful after that.
I had a drip down the back of my throat and tears as well. My body was hot. Sweated a lil. As i was listening i was also working my solar plexus and root...and up my spine. I was completely focused on nothing accept a few, small waves of light in my head. And i was in my head. My body is buzzing.First time it ever happened like that. I just turned off at 22:36 bc it was getting to be too much. Im a lil nauseous now. But im good. ✌️💜

Its my first time using this . I listened for 30 mins and at about 7 1/2 mins in i became hot and started sweating.
Is this normal do you think?

I live in Canada. Soutern Ontario
I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did.
1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.
I hope this helps at least two people.
It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.

I woke up as a floating thing, I was air but I was also light...or maybe energy...is that what the pure consciousness is? an almost incredible light being? Anyway, I was flying superfast on what seemed like a place close to a beach...then I FELT IT! It was a glorious never ending sea of golden light...the more I advanced, the more Bliss I felt...I'm not sure how to put it in words except for: Never ending always increasing Bliss ...I felt only happiness and freedom...but then I had to open my physical eyes...since then, I always go to that moment to preserve that moment of freedom and at least sharing it silently with my family and friends...I wish you all find Illumination and the freedom of flying towards the Eternal Light!

The gold light you saw is a powerful color to meditate with especially when associated to the feeling of being under the blankets on a cold morning..I have used this warm golden light in meditation and put 90% of the bus I was on to sleep, I felt bad when I found out some of the people went for a bus ride all the way back to their starting point.. that wasn't my intention
Astral projection, it happened to me several times always in the morning for some reason. And it was always if I had woken up and fallen back asleep even if I wasn’t that tired. Then I would leave my body floating out

The universe provides for it's children. ❤ yesterday I was in bad shape mentally ❤ I have started hypnotherapy and it has brought all my anxiety back. However I realise that my anxiety is there to push me to do something about a life that I do not like. I am quiet aggressive if challenged by someone unfairly now instead of being totally. passive. I have my life back and I am so lucky. Not very many people have the strength to put themselves through something so intense. I felt like my heart was breaking at times. It is the old me dying to be reborn. It is amazing. ❤ die to live. Not live to die❤ I found this just as I needed it badly. I have felt really good today. I did 2 hrs of chakra meditation and some hypnotherapy in between. I am loving myself and everyone in the universe and beyond. The universe needs our positivity. I have hope for our future. I felt a warmth come over the left side of my body followed by immense joy. It only lasted 30 seconds. It’s a start.
