no it just shows how little you know about how the world works, I love Yianni and his videos but he simply wants to keep the prices of wrapping high so he can make more profit, it's simply business tactic lol

Its a wrap job, shit is busted from the get go. The whole vinyl wrap industry needs to just go away. Let me pay 5-10k for a wrap job done perfectly only for it to last about 5 years tops before having to have it redone. Stupid as shit

It is for such a horrible looking bodykit.
Perfectionist is another word for picky that on a budget in unrealistic. A perfectionist that wanted the car mint would have had it stripped, primed and professionally sprayed with parts off. A wrap is a 2 year option that ends up costing way more than a solid spray that can last 10 years. Wraps are good for fussy people that want to change up their colour or look every few years and have 3 or 4 grand to do so. For this to last 3 years considering the parts were already fitted and not suitable (kit looks good, quality looks awful) is a testament to the shops brave enough to give it a bash and only charge 2K. It is a great looking* car, from 50 yards. It would drive me mad seeing that sloppy visor cut all the time. Also accents will take your eye away from the imperfections you get with all wraps regardless who does them.
I was more thinking perfectionist or picky is just a person that is always looking for the negative and really just is not happy with anything or themself. I had a similar wrap done on a Mazda 6 and it had a few issues. Knowing it was a wrap I was over the moon at how beautiful the car looked and how I felt driving it. There are several positives in this just not the owners outlook or expectations.

Underneath the wrap the base and car itself is shit quality and bodywork is crap. Wrap is fine the car itself is shite
It looks clean. Striving for 100% perfection with a car is always going to leave you chasing something you can’t achieve.

Whole lot more expensive tho and you cant go back to stock so thats why wrap exists. I do agree that this car shouldve had paint with a whole lot of bodywork to look good.

Go watch JP Performance’s 2Crazy GT86 which has a Bodykit and is wrapped. It’s one of the most popular GT86 in Europe if not overall… plus it’s executed almost perfectly

This is what happens when you take on work from cheap customers.
Customers who actually pay a good price in almost all instances actually expect LESS and just let you get on with it.
When they get it on the cheap you get a bunch of micromanagement and entitlement.
ill personally never understand why a very fine wet sanding job is not done on cars before wrapping... like painting... it is all about the prep work.
Its all down to the customers most want best jobs while being cheapskates. Unfair doesn't work like that time is money

Might be because no matter what fiberglass will look bad and wont fit properly. Similar thing with plastic.
owner expect high quality paint result with no imperfection for vinyl wrap job with a steal of a price at 2k.
even with real paint that kit will still show imperfection unless its body filled, level and block. which def wont fit a 2k bill job.

This is exactly what I thought. It’s kinda awkward seeing him talk about creative decisions like the body kit rivets which are just incredibly difficult areas when it comes to wrapping but with paint, no problem at all. A car like this deserves to be painted and honestly it wouldn’t have even cost that much more… I really don’t understand wraps!
@to paint that would probably cost 10k unless youre fine with single stage paint, dust, paint runs, overspray on every rubber moulding and the car being painted with the kit on the car. No cheap job is a good quality job.

Can’t be a perfectionist and a cost-cutter at the same time. Man’s car hasn’t aged well (colour combo and kit) and on top of that the wrap/quality of the kit is atrocious in a lot of places.

You can, If you're willing to do a lot of graft yourself. This guy said he's a perfectionist but that body kit is straight cheeks. It needs hours upon hours of sanding.
How ever when it comes to paying for a service. I agree that cost cutting and perfectionism just don't work.

Dont wrap a car. Paint it, do it right, it'll last far longer than any other part of the car.
That body kit is awful quality. Jesus bad that. The colour of the wrap makes it look worst too. I think you might be better with a darker colour.

why bother with all this stuff. just fit it to the car properly, sand the body kit so its straight and there are no imperfections at the first place. than start talking about wrapping or painting.
That body kit doesn't go with anything. It's ugly as sin. Much like those cheap kits made in the 2000s. You'll all look back one day and be like damn... that crap was so ugly.
