There's no right answer to this but I've seen as few as 3 corporate values and as many as 12. For your own personal values, it's 100% up to you.

Shouldn’t the order be Mission, Values then Vision Statement?😊
The order depends on the organization. I've seen these in lots of orders. Some books may list them in an order but books don't always match up to real life.
Enron was a perfect example of what goes wrong with the Great Communicator's policies.
Maybe, a little intellectual honesty from the coach would be nice.
