October is the World Menopause Awareness Month. It’s purpose is to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing.
Menopause is a natural biological process where a woman’s menstrual cycles end, periods stop & they are no longer able to conceive naturally. It usually occurs between the ages of 45 to 55 as oestrogen levels decline. Every women experiences menopause differently. As such symptoms can be wide ranging. Here are some tips to help you glide through the challenges of menopause:
