Very well explained. But Shadow's actual goal from the start was to close the gates of shadows, not to gain his actual body. Sensei mentioned he forgot about his human life when he became a shadow, but it gave him something more as an exchange.

I dont think shadow wanted to return to human body but only wanted to close the gates because we saw that he closed the gates without beating titan but titan wanted to fight thus kidnapping may and shadow fight him FOR MAY and not his BODY

Hello The Gaming Dragon, so in the cutcene before playing the game showed us how shadow before he was actually shadow was an immortal warrior and unstoppable only defeating humans. I saw shadow opens the gates with that rectangle shaped skull in it. What's that? Where did the key go? Does seals of demons have meanings of their image? Why seals need to be broken even tho it needs to open what i just finished shadow fight 2
hmm,
1. The rectangle shaped skull probably represents death and disasters the demons bring ( lynx - order of assassins, hermit - teaching magic, butcher - using young people's labor, wasp - pirates, widow - destruction, shogun - extinction )
2. The gates are opened with a plate, not with a key
3. Meanings behind images of the seals are not explained by the devs, but they probably tried some random ancient eastern asian design to make it look cool.
4. First time shadow opened the gates, thus releasing demons. However, he needed the seals to close them ( he thought it would help him with his body, though it didn't ). Then May gets lost in the gates and they close. Since demons are free, and seals are already used, the only way to open the gates is to break the seals to trigger them, so they open
