Maze Soba
Hello everyone.
Have you ever eaten delicious Japanese noodles “Maze Soba”?
“Maze” means mix, and you eat it while mixing the noodles and ingredients together.
Let’s cook it !
Ingredients (For 3 person)
・6 sticks green onion
・6 sticks Chinese chive
・1~2 cloves(about 10g) garlic
・200g ground pork
・5g Doubanjiang (豆板醤)
・5g sugar
・10cc soy sauce
・15g Tianmianjiang (甜麺醤)
・15cc sesame oil
・15cc soy sauce
・15cc oyster sauce
・5cc chili oil
・3 ramen noodles
・Nori
・3 egg yolks
Recipe
・Cut the green onion,
・Cut the Chinese chive.
・Chop the garlic.
・Oil into heated the pan, then lightly stir fry the garlic and “Doubanjiang (豆板醤)”.
・Add the ground pork, and stir fry.
・Add sugar, soy sauce, and “Tianmianjiang (甜麺醤)” stir fry until brown.
・Let’s make “Maze Soba sauce”.
・Sesame Oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and chili oil that is called ”Rayu(辣油)” ,mix well.
・Boil the ramen noodles.
・After boiled, mix well the noodles and the Maze Soba sauce.
・Serve in a bowl.
　Put Nikumiso, green onion, Chinese chive, nori and egg yolk on the noodles.
