Today we’re going to talk about the biggest mistakes to avoid when trying to get over a viral infection.
Try these tips to help fight off a viral infection or to support a fast recovery.
Mistakes to avoid when getting over a viral infection:
    1. Stopping a fever too quickly
    2. Taking an antibiotic
    3. Over sanitizing
    4. Detoxing during an infection
    5. The shotgun approach (taking too many remedies at once)
    6. Suppressing the immune system
Instead, try taking warm baths, nurturing your body, keeping your stress to a minimum, and getting plenty of sleep.

I'm 62 years old and I've only been sick three times in my adult life. I have always followed these rules. My grandmother used to say you have to eat a ton of dirt before you die, meaning stop trying to be so worried about germs. She didn't slow down until a week before she passed at 96.

My routine has been to lay down and deal with the fever till the feeling of body chills begins. Then crawl into very hot bath and soak. I will then go back to bed with bath towels under my torso and head. I will then fall asleep, then a sweat storm happens. Once the massive sweat storm finishes, the fever has broken. You must time it right. Your body uses the external energy from the hot bath to get over the hump. Can't do the bath right away, save it for when you can barely function

Your content; and some others on youtube; have really opened my eyes to what our bodies ACTUALLY need... not what makes companies profit...
I just wanted to share some things that were really helpful to me that I learned from Dr. Eric Berg and also others like him..
The first thing to understand is that our appetites have been supercharged, causing us to eat in excess. While you have a supercharged appetite; you will not be able to "eat less" or "change your diet" because ultimately you will eventually cave to your cravings. So; the first priority... deal with the supercharged appetite. To do this, we must drastically reduce our consumption of carbohydrates; and focus on protein and non-oxidized fats. The body is always hungry when it runs on carbohydrates. The body is rarely hungry when it runs on fat.
You could spend thousands of hours learning about things that are unhealthy... but you should just focus on one thing... reducing your carbohydrate consumption. When you reduce your consumption of carbohydrates; you will find that most of your other problems eventually go away.

The Doc! I just got past the worst of an awful sins infection. I did olive leaf and colloidal silver, even. Too much stress and exposure to mold/cat dander was the culprit. I did lots of lemon water, carrot juice, Vit C, and might have detoxed too quickly. I took notes from this video. Really helpful info. I have a file of notes on all Dr. Berg’s helpful videos. Also now receiving his emails. So grateful. Ahna 👏👏👏

For my lingering viral infection cycles with ongoing phlegm production; after 10 days; my belief is my viral infection morphed into part bacteria inflection in my lungs. Then I have been thankful for antibiotics, had my belief confirmed by a doctor I trust, plus a PhD Acupuncturist, and then been thankful for a round of antibiotics that made a quick difference for me. I have gotten some rude flu bugs in Costa Rica.

PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON VOCAL CHORD DYSFUNCTION!! I just watched this video and realized that I" tried" doing everything you just recommended. I went over 2 weeks with the start of an infection but my body's immune system just doesn't work the way it did fighting off viruses prior to the existence of covid. Something really odd happened when I first got covid in September 2021. I was the only one in my family who had no symptoms even though we all tested positive. It was day 10 where it hit me like a ton of bricks,,I COULD NOT catch my breath, I literally was gasping for air and it got progressively worst as the days went by. I was shunned by a doctor when I went to urgent care and she just sent me an inhaler to the pharmacy. The inhaler never helped me be able to catch my breath. I suffered for the next several weeks, it took about 6 weeks total for me to finally feel somewhat normal. Since then I've been misdiagnosed with having asthma. I contacted covid again Nov. 2022 and my shortness of breath and labored breathing started right away with severe back pain, my pcp sent paxlovid and steriods which I thought would make this time around lesser duration of the virus, I was so wrong. No matter which variant I get it takes me at least a 6 full weeks for a full recovery,. I left out so much,,but I need direction. Or some answer. What can ppl like me do if we have a virus that shuts down our immune system we can't run a fever, we cannot get our cough to be productive,. I have been dealing with a so called sinusitis virus for over 1 month and I think due to the post nasal drip it caused a trigger for my dyspnea. I feel like the pressure in my head returned with a vengeance and I feel like I have no choice but to request another antibiotic. Why don't doctors want to take a mucus sample to out rule a bacterial strain? I've asked my pcp and at the ER! I AM SUFFERING so much and now I know that's in part to being diagnosed with VOCAL CHORD DYSFUNCTION. I CANNOT BREATHE CORRECTLY even with trying the exercises I was told to do I am otherwise a fit and I thought healthy 41 year old, please give me your insight. I am so desperate for answers and nobody has them.
    Thank you.

I'm really very sorry for all you're going through.I wish I could really openly reply but I may already be censored with this.Ask & answer these questions for and to yourself.
-Do you know these items coke a cola, apple juice, kwiw, papaya, a bird, a goat, blank tests tested positive for cvid via the pcr? Do you know Kary Mullis the inventor stated that it's a dna diagnostic tool not a test.
--An emf saturated environment affects the red blood cells making them coin stack or clump making it difficult to transport blood and oxygen to the lungs and heart, if you're in a wifi environment turn it off whenever you can.
      - Did you developed a problem post a pcr nasopharynx "test" ?
      - Is it possible you're dehydrated, it can cause headaches, breathing problems every Alveoli in the lungs contain a tiny bit of water, if your dehydrated the body will compensate and close of the bronchioles to preserve the needed moisture, it can cause back pain & other problems.
PLEASE Look up Barbara O'Neil's video " Water and Salt " * important.

I hear ya. I've been on a Candida diet for 8 months. Low, to no carbs, no sugar (including fruit), GF, DF, starch free. I've settled into 90% of my 1-2 meals a day, of stirfries (70% greens). Also incorperated Nutitional yeast as a sprinkling during serving. Balsamic Vinegar, or lemon juice on top. Mostly almonds for snacks, if meal skipped. More energy, but leg cramps on the odd occasion.

@@Emily-jd2sh I eat organic pasture raised eggs as well, as much as six a day. Pasture raised pork, grass-fed GRASS-FINISHED beef and lamb, grass fed butter, avocado oil and organic coconut oil for cooking and I still take some supplements while my body is fat adapting. I have LOST weight without TRYING. Despite the huge amounts of fat I am taking. Ah, I also take 2 to 3 tablespoons of organic MCT coconut oil (medium chain triglycerides). You, just like all the rest of the world (except people living in the artic circle) have been brainwashed into thinking meat is bad. Feedlot meet full of antibiotics and growth hormones is bad. Not normal meat. Meat is the most digestible food there is bar none. It is made of the same things our own bodies are made of. Plants are not made at all like us, which is why herbivores need to eat almost at all hours every single day and have several stomachs and a colon that is several times longer than ours. I only use plants now as medicine (garlic, turmeric, ginger, etc.) but avoid plants as food completely. I am now permanently in ketosis which means that since I eat no sugar or carbs, my body is burning fat for fuel. Virus' and bacteria love sugar. No sugar, no infection. Oh yeah, on a carnivore diet you do need to liberally use salt (I take 2:1 ratio sodium to potassium). For vitamins, a bit of beef liver two to three times a week will cover you with absolutely everything you need. My chronic constipation of almost 15 years has DISAPPEARED and actually sometimes have a bit of the opposite hahaha. What a relief!! No drugs, no herbs, no amount of fibre (made it horribly worse actually!) ever helped my constipation. Also, my psoriasis since I was 20 years old has already disappeared and my eczema and dermatitis (I have asthma) is in full blown remision confirmed by a dermatologist just yesterday in fact lol. I still have this brainwashing in my brain and sometimes I believe this can't be good long term, however there are more and more doctors out there being converted when they try this. My GP yesterday told me something very interesting: "Jesus, we only know what they teach us".
If you want to give it a go, first, I am NOT a doctor, so seek medical advice (though you know what they are going to tell you haha).
Next, start with eliminating all added sugar, sweets (including artificial sweeteners), rice and bread first completely. Stay a couple of weeks off of them. Then remove all other carbs as well like potatoes, carrots, etc.
Then finally remove all fruits and veggies. That should give your body time to adapt. If you try it out, let us know here how it went, cheers! (aside from Dr Berg, which is FANTASTIC, watch Dr Ken Berry, Dr Boz and Dr Steven Eckberg, all medical doctors who are now carnivores.... good luck!)
