I don't think I do because when I feel "strong" I'm only bottling it all up and ignoring it but it eventually spills out. I never actually get peace of mind. Please what do I do
@@Amber-ev5ui sounds like you need to open up to someone you trust and begin to try and work through whatever you're bottling up. Take it day by day and step by step slowly and you can make progress. Good luck x

I have really bad anxiety to where I’m afraid of falling asleep. I have night terrors, I shake, I feel like I can’t breath, I have palpitations at times. It’s terrible. This helped me calm down very much. I appreciate this video and many others for helping me overcome. ❤️

Propranolol ask your doc about it it’s a beta blocker I’ve been on it for years it makes it so you can’t physically feel anxiety and it has no side effects but having small motion sickness but that does happen until like 3 years in it ,

@@calebb1977 like when you wake up or your out or doing something and your body and mind gets filled with uncertainty that you could have a panic attack. it’s awful. and you’ll get through it, i have and it’s coming back a bit but once you beat this you’ll be able to handle it better. recognize that your strong and that things will be okay. it’s just a random feeling of fight or flight. nothing bad will happen to you

At that stage rn. It’s currently almost 6am and I’ve been listening to videos since midnight and I’m still awake. My body and my mind are keeping my up. My stomach is always nauseous and in pain. And then my body starts going numb out of nowhere. I’ve gotten through this before but I had to quit my job recently due to not being able to get in my car bc of fears of a panic attack. I would love to talk sometime to see what worked for you. Usually I’m ok at managing it but I’ve just been having a rough few weeks and tonight is one of the harder nights.

@@lauramarcelapia You will not die, anxiety cant kill you, it may feel like it at the times because it can be so terrifying. Anxiety is a fear based illness that works with your mind to create more doubt and continue the cycle of fear, its an addiction to over thinking, your thoughts are not you , try to recognize the negative thinking patterns that initiate the fear, then try to accept them as just thoughts, they are not you. Be an observer to them, the mind is cunning and will try to make you engage with more thinking. You will beat it and find peace but it take time and patience, be kind to yourself.x
@@lauramarcelapia you won't. They're called Nocturnal Panic Attacks. I started getting them when I had PPD and PPA after the birth of my daughter. Zoloft fixed them for me but I imagine this would've helped. I was literally checking my bp and heart rate every time it happened and they were always within range. It won't kill you. Research Nocturnal Panic Attacks. Just knowing what was happening helped relieve some anxiety for me as well.

Oh my beautiful child, I just want to say: anxiety comes from your thoughts. And you don't have to believe your thoughts at all. They are like dreams, you can just let them be. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you! You just believe in some negative thoughts. Always remember this! I only learned this now, at 43. 💕

@@laisa. I have to say, as someone who has had (literally) crippling anxiety, it is a matter of brain chemistry and does not come from thoughts. You can have the best thought in the world, and if your chemistry is mucked up, it can still be like a knife to your mind. Anxiety, in fact, alters your perception of thoughts. You can't think your way out of true anxiety. It's the fight or flight response gone haywire. That said, meditation saved my life because it can settle brain chemistry. Meditation allowed me to leave behind anxiety medications. Anxiety should never be treated lightly.

It's so great that you've come looking for help. If it's serious, I hope you're also getting some help from family and your doctor if necessary. ❤

Looks like you posted this a year ago, I hope you’re doing well. I developed anxiety a year ago as well and had the exact same realization… I never truly understood what people went through and I was not understanding at all. I certainly have changed that attitude and will always do my best to support myself and anyone who may be struggling
This has saved me so many times. When I’m about to have an anxiety attack or when I’m having an anxiety attack. This always brings me back to the real world, that I’m ok, I’m strong. Thank you for this.❤️

I hate having anxiety\panic attacks ! It’s like everything u think about just jumps you all at once and you can’t do anything , I feel like I’m drowning , like my chest is caving in I start to shake I call the ambulance every time and every time they say I’m fine no one truly understands anxiety like we do , , it’s the most scariest annoying feeling in the world and I like videos like these because it shows someone cares !!!!!

Wow, this is just amazing...I have just woken up from 12 hours sleep, feeling relaxed. Having struggled with chronic anxiety for 48 years and been medicated so much I cannot believe how refreshed I feel. After the first listen too. I cannot wait to listen again tonight. I've listened to this at least 5 times and I never finish it! I think I have once when my anxiety was really bad at night and I couldn't sleep at all. But it helps so much! I never knew a simple CZcams video could help me actually fall asleep!

Can someone give me some advice
My anxiety is this, everytime i close my eyes my mind thinks that there is an earthquake. My feet started to chill and my heart beats faster and im sweating. Having hard time sleeping. Sometimes, i am over reacting. Even its just a normal chest pain, my mind goes crazy thinking that its a covid. I am over thinking. I been drinking all night just get some sleep but it becomes worst. Ive been an alchocol dependent just to get through this. This day is the worst, im lack of sleep and i need to work. During my break i tried to get some sleep and look for anxiety meditation and i found this. I got some sleep while listening to his voice even its just a couple of minutes. I found a relief. I hope that i can overcome my anxiety from this day on. Help me god
Take your time, I was in a similar position myself. Have patience that by trying things and being consistent you will learn to relax. The hard bit is working on yourself. Best wishes to you in finding your peace🙏
Ive been freaking out that Im dying because my chest pain gets so bad and my whole body aches. It seems like whenever I’m feeling okay my past will come back to haunt me so I freak out again. It’s a never ending cycle. You are not alone. You have to remember that it’s not worth it, it’s all in your mind and that no matter what happens it’s going to be okay. No matter how horrible the situation is, it will all resolve and that you are so so much stronger than what’s being put in front of you. Listen to these videos, take time for yourself, be with your friends or during this time call them as much as you can, take on a new hobby but make sure to be improving yourself as you do this. You can’t just put anxiety to the side and expect it to go away, you HAVE to convince yourself and know in your heart you are stronger. ❤️
I was in deep anxiety due to work stress and woke up in the middle of the night. Then i listen to this, my anxiety dissolved and i fell asleep peacefully. Thank you for sharing this video. It saved my life. This is the best one I’ve found so far compared to others, as it discusses how you can release anxiety and relax in the moment. It’s very important to impart those words into your brain. It helps you to be in the moment. I couldn’t thank you enough.

I got anxiety attack right before sleep. My fear of the dark triggers my anxiety and it was difficult for me to relax with my eyes closed, so I took a pen and a paper and started doodling while listening to this mediation, I now feel so much better and I’m so grateful❤️

Your voice is so wonderful and very relaxing. I have been trying for weeks to get my boyfriend, who has OCD and insomnia and anxiety, to meditate and he said "I don't meditate". He takes a daily nap but most of the time can't sleep during his nap or at night. One day in the afternoon, I convinced him to do 30 minutes of meditation before his nap. I laid him down on the bed on his back and put his earbuds in and put on this video. After 10 minutes I saw his body relax and his breathing deep. After 30 minutes I "woke" him (because he said to wake him in 30) and he said come back in 15. I was so thrilled! Then he said to send him links to more meditation videos. Thank you so very much for helping him.

Listening to this saved me last night! I have this "friend" (I use quotations because I don't think he truly is) who randomly got mad & blocked me. He said he is mad at me because I turned him down for dating. I was a WRECK last night & thought I'd never get sleep. This helped get rid of what felt like a heaviness over me & I finally slept. Thank you thank you thank you! I'll keep using this to get rid of the guilt i feel.

Did this older one for anxiety, and it flowed so well. With a daughter going through struggles of working for idiots, I was able to sleep really well.

Anxiety go. I fall in sleep quickly . After a few times the relax was faster and faster. I have been suffering anxiety and panic attack in 2 years. Often just come from nowhere. Meditation Vacation Hey Christian, hope all is well with you. I have a question; how to deal with feeling alone when there's other's around you. Not fulfilled even tho I have a good career, job and income but yet, I feel lonely. Most meditation are focus on being alone but not on companionship. I wish there were sleep mediation that dealt with friendship not so much of boyfriend or girlfriend but someone who one could confide in. Am I off base? Concerned subscriber ;(

Found this yesterday when it was around 4 am and I couldn't sleep, my intrusive and repetitive thoughts had gone completely mad after a movie that I tried to sleep to first but as soon as I started following your meditation I slept soundly. Don't think I even made it through the whole meditation before being able to be calm enough to sleep. Thank you so much!

Have done this meditation at least 20 times so far. It is SO good that I never get to finish it consciously because I always fall asleep after 20 minutes. And that's meaning a lot. Additionally, since doing these videos my sleep is so much better and deeper. Maybe one day I'll even get to listen to it until the end ;)

This is the best ❤ being able to actually sleep and relax is mind blowing. I have anxiety issues to the point where I scratch my arms until they bleed without realizing I'm doing it. Sleep deprivation and energy lows tear me down and these videos help me. I have reached 3 months without scratching thanks to you. Thank you so much. I could not have stopped scratching without this.

I turned this one on expecting to fall asleep for a quick nap but WOW. Idk what it was about this meditation but it literally gave me a flashback of all of the places I've traveled to, and I just have an IMMENSE amount of gratitude for my life and how amazing it is. Way better than taking a nap!

I was taken to hospital today with Abnormal heart beat. I'm lying here in hospital with severe anxiety. Shaky, racing heart, tense jaw and body. Ill ppl are all around me. I've got this on loud to try and drown out the sounds of their illnesses and relax me. I hope this works for me

I have suffered from anxiety for just over a year I'm so glad I have found this, it helps me stay calm and fall asleep. My anxiety comes from a few different things but the main is a fear of falling asleep I get myself in such a state and make myself think that I have something wrong my muscles tense up and it makes me feel as if I'm going to faint, I make myself feel like I can't breathe which then makes me think I'm having an asthma attack. So thank you for helping me feel relaxed

I didnt sleep for about 40 hours due to recently having panick attacks etc, went the doctots and he thinks its anxiety but need to check my heart first incase, so last night i laid down in search of maybe one directed at the way im feeling, i was scared in the back of my mind to sleep incase i panicked midsleep or my heaet screwed up (i know its silly), and this honestly calmed me and knocked me out in under 10 minutes, thank you sosososo much for the best 12 hour sleep iv had in a while! I will have to try it again if i struggle tonight.

I'm up all night with anxiety and my medication side effects just started taking then , it's too early for me to go to sleep but just before listening to this I was having anxiety and I'm feeling better already I'll be listening again when I go to sleep ,thank u I feel relaxed

i listened to this lastnight before bed amidst a panic attack, and i don’t even remember when i fell asleep. thank you for this. i haven’t been able to fall asleep/stay asleep for more than 2 hours but lastnight i slept a full 7.
