  • This is a comparison of Indian Creek Choke Tubes in both a 20 gauge and 12 gauge. We used Winchester supreme 3 inch #5s in the 20 gauge and 3 1/2 #5s in the 12 gauge. Thanks for watching. Maybe this will help you decide if this is the right choke for your.

The 410's comes with a jebb turkey choke . I would have thought the 20's would've too. I use Indian Creek chokes in both of my mossberg 410's. I went from a Remington SP 10ga to 410's. Mossberg
    500 410ga TSS turkey gun.
    SA 410ga TSS turkey gun.
Ninja TSS 9.5 shot in both 410's.
Just bought a mossberg SA 20ga turkey gun. Setting it up i have reflex red dots on each one.

I can see the benefits of having that tight of a pattern at that long of range. I mean my friend killed a bird at 70 with the IC and hevi shot #5. but I think the whole shooting farther range with hotter loads and tighter chokes is kind of over rated.. I use a factory full or extra full in my gun and I pattern 12-15 pellets in the head and neck at 40 yards, my max range. Even with that if a birds at 10 or 15 yards my pattern is about the size of my opened hand or a little bigger. I can only imagine what it is with these super constricted chokes. idk I'd rather call my birds in closer rather than crank them so far out or decapitate them at 25 or 30 yards. I just feel these chokes handicap you if one comes in close. But that's just my opinion. Everyone can use whatever works for them and if it works don't change it.

The 1st shot with your 20ga. was shown with you holding it when it had the I.C tube in it ....was your 1st shot with the 20 with the Indian Creek???? I couldn't agree with you more...I shoot I.C chokes as well, but are you actually comparing apples to apples???? What I mean is this,is your factory choke the same constriction as your I.C tube?

+KY KRaZY sorry about the long reply it tells in the corner if you are watching him shoot the gun I think the editing got mixed up I noticed that now that you said that I'm not sure about the constriction on the factory choke but I have not found a choke yet to out pattern the Indian creek choke.

KY KRaZY rhino chokes are the way to go. If you can afford the extra $30 I would drop it.

Thomas Jay I agree with the rhino choke. I've tried the Indian Creek but my rhino and kicks out shot it with no problem but then again everyone is different and every gun is different.
