    Thabks gor posting this. I was watching and i would have had the same thoughts and assumptions with regard to tieing those grounds together (seems weird) and also tapping off 110. Really appreciate you sharing your experience there including mistakes and lessons learned.

    Interesting, but I honestly don't have the skills to convert my 1976 Volkswagen Bus to be electric.

      Converting to electric is certainly not for everyone because of the cost, limited range, and needed expertise. I do enjoy it though. Thanks for watching!

      @@nicholasbrown982 - Sorry, didn't see your comment on this thread. I don't have the main battery built yet, but I want to have a 144v pack @ around 30kw capacity which should give me 60-70 mile range. Hopefully I can find six Tesla Model S 24v modules.
