Nah but its so true because whenever i go back home the customer service everywhere is always bad except fugalei markets we went to farmer joes & eveni and the ladies were so rude and just stared us down & gave the evils so sad to see man
Omg Eveni is the worst!! I walked in there excited to shop asked them for a size they rolled their eyes then said they didn’t have it. I ended up just getting my niece and nephew something but even when I went to the counter they were talking to each other didn’t even acknowledge me. I said thank you bye and still nothing. Lucky I’m not one of those reviewers hahaha.

What you do… stand at the entrance while recording your CZcams video. Just before you purchase your goods, make sure they hear you say something like
“Okay guys, I’m about to experience the service here and rate them out of 10!”
Then see if they change 😂
Just came from samoa last week and yep your exactly right. Everywhere we went markets shops wherever they didn't look like they wanted our money and were just judging us .although we stood out hard everywhere we went mybwife and I lol.
Oh and we found lisas shop was better then scoops for just 2.50 tala .maybe not as fancy but still quality
Uso, when I was in Samoa with the Tongan Team, the Customer Service was solid. Maybe because they saw were not Samoans. But when in Tonga, usooo the Customer Service there is traaaash as well, 😂
Sooooo true customer service is so bad in Samoa the only place I had good customer service was our village shop served by the kids 😂😂😂💕.

Sadly customer service has gotten worse throughout the years😔 And honestly, it's not coz you're from overseas..the locals have it worse sometimes😔just sad

You cant earn your way there Only the blood of Jesus Christ can cover you from your sins you are not good enough to do it. Is it heaven or hell that you choose you. I legit had an argument with one of the workers @ SULAs oooooh the worker was just so rude with how she was talking to pple i was not having bc some of them were elders... i fully lost the plot... SAMOAS CS IS 💩

Outou ia e omai mai fafo, aua le omai ma tou attitude na e faatusatusa tou experience mai fafo e le taulia iinei Samoa. Yes there are a few odd experiences but not ALL. After that burger bill incident everyone and i mean everyone found out about it and is igoigo with the foreigners coming in with the expectations of what they get outside. Yes Samoa needs to work on a lot of things including customer service but getting nothing close to what you get outside in Samoa is a huge difference.. you do the math! And not to forget the corruption we as locals go through. Yes you pay bills, rent etc but still have and continue to get the thousands when coming here to have the "experience" time of your lives here. Faamolemole lea foi e struggle foi makou iigei Samoa. Respect to you for shedding light on this matter because there are conversations to be had about matters like this. Ma le faaaloalo lava.
