In this video I will be gently, and slowly tapping and scratching on some random books for 1+ hour. I also included lots of scratchy tapping, slow scratching, soft tapping, and bits of tracing here and there. At first it was easy to find asmr videos that would give me countless extreme tingles but the more I get used to it, the more it gets harder to get more tingles and Asmr is my stress reliever. It helps me sleep especially i got a messed up body clock. I often sleep at
3am and wake up at
5am to prepare for work. That's why i need videos like this to help me sleep earlier andbetter 🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭

That is so gentle, so carefull... Probably, I am crazy but i feel like she treats with caution not just to the book, but to me as well. Like she csress for my ears as she doesnt make loud agressive sounds. That is absolutely fantastic

I usually get tingles easily, but the last two days were full of anxiety and stress I tried listening to many different asmr videos but all the videos didn't work for me.
