    CC3+ is amazing and speedup so much the process of character creation, and this worflow of sculpting details on highres mesh into zbrush and then exporting/importing normal maps into CC3+, awesome !

    Question can you add horns to his head in zbrush and import it back to cc3? What are the pro and cons if possible?

    • @matiasmas244
      @matiasmas244 Před 3 lety +1

      In the next video, masterclass #2 he added horns to his character, you can add horns as an accessory to CC3 or doing it through the hair itself

      Yeah I've always wondered how you would go about doing demonic Humanoid type creatures..

      I wish they would make more videos showing how to add non-standard additions in ZBrush

    Hi Reallusion. Thinking out loud. Can I GoZ a CC3 character and apply my own head-mesh sub tool to the CC3 character then send it back to CC3/iClone. Would that completely break it?

    • @Cola-42
      @Cola-42 Před 3 lety +1

      You can't! You have to understand that CC3 is totally dependent on the char.'s topology and any change to it will break the link and you won't be able to send it back to CC3. Even if they make it possible to send your char. back in the future, you won't be able to use any of the morphs in CC3 because they depend on the default topology. So only modification to the mesh is possible and not creation. This is sadly the limits of CC3, although I would like them to make is possible to use different topologies in CC3 even if you won't be able to use the morph sliders you can always make your own sliders that work on your topology that will open a whole new world to CC3 and even char. with 4 arms would be possible to have in CC3 for example!

      @alekjwrgnwekfgn Před 3 lety

      @@Cola-42 thanks for that- I was thinking more of the animations and stuff in iClone- but yeah that must definitely break also from what you said. I can do what I need with CC3 and Zbrush on the CC3 base mesh, just I found an awesome Zbrush plugin that does fantastic Sylized heads, I'll just use them as inspiration.

    • @Cola-42
      @Cola-42 Před 3 lety

      @@alekjwrgnwekfgn You can take it to iClone! But you'll need to use 3Dxchange to rig the new character! This will add a lot of extra work but possible. Only to iClone not CC3 and don't expect the rig to be as good as the original especially the face rig.

    • @alekjwrgnwekfgn
      @alekjwrgnwekfgn Před 3 lety

      @@Cola-42 cool, I was thinking that- It might work alright using Auto Rig Pro in Blender, then 3Dxchange should convert that rig (the the face, etc...?)

    • @Cola-42
      @Cola-42 Před 3 lety +1

      @@alekjwrgnwekfgn Yeah very possible but not easy! To covert the rigging between those two apps, you'll need to shed some sweat and blood. Maybe it's better now and everything will go perfectly. I wish you luck!
