You can literally take your packages to Kohl's at the specified returns spot.
I literally just dropped off 3 different orders/returns. I just made sure everything that came with the products was inside the original packaging (not Amazon shipping box). I didn't pack the products with any boxes. I simply walked into the Kohl's and saw this associate and asked her where the Amazon Returns section is. She pointed me to it and I went there and showed the QR code that was in my email, and the associate scanned it. I took the receipt and came out. It's as simple as that. I didn't have to pack the products in any shipping boxes and neither print labels, so that was very convenient.
Hi, Colton. We recommend contacting Amazon directly for further assistance.
how about where do you actually go at the store? A checkout line? is there a special returns desk? I dont shop at kohls
since someone just liked this comment ill add that i used it twice since this comment and theres a bunch of signs when you walk in at my local store and arrows on the floor to a special area thats setup specifically for this. They gave me 15% off and i used that (which is a great conversion for them) to buy a pair of already clearance brand name shoes for very cheap lol.
@@truthtimetv4575 thank you, i have to return a keyboard today and i was very nervous about where i need to go
@@truthtimetv4575 did you still get a refund for your order? I hear ppl always talk abt the kohl's cash for the return but I'm trying to make sure that's not all we get for returns alone.
@@kymberrose1595hi I work at Kohls and in my store, amazon returns are processed at customer service. There used to be a separate desk, but after the pandemic that changed. There are a few signs, namely at the front of the store and right before the line that will direct you, or an associate will let you know where they take place.
What if I don't have a smart phone? Does that make my package ineligible? Can they email the code to my home computer for me to print out?
That’s EXACTLY what they’ll do. Home computer or not. THEY’LL EMAIL IT TO YOU
@@GhostPlaysGames Thanks, that is very helpful.
So I don’t need the original packaging?
Does the product have to be in the product packaging? Or just the product itself? I bought something for $50 and threw away the packaging, and now I’m having problems with the product a week later and I wanna return it.
How did it go? Im in the same situation, I don’t have the original packaging.
@@borderhopper2148 same any answers?
@@creativesparks2164 turn it in with any box as long as it’s the same stuff it came with
Thanks
Nice 😁😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
I can’t see the selection for kohl’s drop off
Please know, not all items are eligible for return at you local Kohl's location.
How can you track your return
This does NOT explain how to pull up/open the so called scanned qrcode once I am at Kohl's?? Where is it on my phone? How do I magically show the 'so called SAVED??' picture of the qrcode?? I have an aAndroid 11/Pixel 4a 5g phone.
@Chad Meckstroth TY
So im returning a product of buyers remorse and amazon wouldnt cancel my order prior to it being shipped cause apparently its too late if some picker packer is lazy to put it back on the shelf. Well anyways i used to do ups drop off for all my returns but they now want to charge me 8 bucks?
Tells me to drop off at kohls but kohls is farther from my house and i have to deal with covid19 FML..
I like how Amazon frames this as an improvement. Now you have to wait in line at Kohls just to ship something where before you could just drop it off at a UPS store. BIG FAIL.
Khols is a shorter wait with better employees and is closer to me than the UPS store. How extra options is a failure is just beyond my understanding of entitlement. Seems like you didn't understand this very basic offering presented clearly with simple language bud.
@@MrPepelongstockings Glad it is working out for you. It is the reverse here (lines and proximity of stores). It would be fine if it is described as an extra option but the Amazon web interface does not clearly list the options, just defaulted to Khols with no clear way to change the default. They made changes which caused navigation difficulties. I'm a programmer and I know bad interface design when I see it. Maybe since you've written this recently and I posted several months ago, they have made improvements to their product return interface. I fortunately haven't had to return anything since then. No need to be insulting. OK 'bud?'
@@anotherOneMore7 well to be fair you did call out kohl’s for failing when in fact this is a great choice for people who want/need their money money back faster you take it to a ups place they take a fee out of YOUR money which I’m sure not many people like then you have to wait for the package to make it back to the seller before your refund is processed unlike at Kohl’s it’s right when they scan your receipt
@@dr.bright5894 I didn't mean to comment on Kohl's. It is the interface that Amazon created that is the problem and that by their choice in defaulting to Kohl's and Amazon's interface failing they seemed to assume everyone would be OK with that. Regardless, I have never had to pay a shipping fee when returning an Amazon item through the UPS Store. You just pack it up, and stick on the prepaid label that Amazon prepares for you. The idea that they were going to replace that simple, fast, straightforward solution with something else was annoying. But I did not mean to comment on Kohl's business themselves, just Amazon.
@@anotherOneMore7 they're not the employees who's have to deal with shopaholics who return everything just to get coupons, bored and just have no life
Can i use my UPS return label and drop it off here in Kohls
Hi there, a UPS return label needs to go through a UPS store. To drop off at Kohl's, please initiate your Amazon return at Amazon.com and choose Kohl's as your drop-off location.
Why would my item not be eligible
Has to be within 30 days of the purchase, after that then its not eligible
I’m guessing big packages are not eligible
To find out if your item is eligible to be returned to your local Kohl's, please visit your Amazon account to initiate a return.
my experience is this does not work well I took something back still shows as them waiting to receive it. I have a code but unlike UPS or Fedex the code tells me nothing and no way to look it up online other than checking Amazon's dumb orders page which tells me nothing other than they agreed to accept the return yet still awaiting on receipt from me of the item. Which I already handed off to them along with 3 other items that were already refunded. Hope Kohl's is paying attention
Do you have an update? I'm also experiencing a similar issue.
I've return another item at Kohl's today that was purchased through Amazon and they print out a little return confirmation slip now. Not sure when they implemented that but it's a major step in the right direction.
@@JacksonWalter735 They've always printed out confirmations. At least they should have been from the start.
@@maximusaureliusprime Yeah I talked to others who returned items at Kohl's recently and they told me the same thing. I figured the first time I went the employee forgot to give me a printed out confirmation slip or didn't know they were suppose to. After I returned my item they just told me that was it so I left. The second time and all the other times after that came with a return confirmation slip.
Lol I just tried doing this for the first time and it was NOT intuitive. Where is this video on amazons website? lol....
I returned all my Amazon stuff! I'm a multi millionaire now! (It's a joke)
Please dont come to kohls with your 20 items to return lazy fiends
Don't do it, goto the Pros, UPS. My UPS returns never take more than 2-3 days. First package I returned to Kohl's is AWOL
Stop going to kohls westchester yall are annoying
THIS ISNT REAL. THIS IS FAKE
Your company is getting screwed by continuing to collect this junk from people and not charge them like UPS.
