I couldn’t tell if you put traveler hydraulic fluid in or what, but it takes 10w-30 diesel motor oil FYI. We have one and they are pretty decent machines. Drain the diesel water separator often. Those injectors will blow the end off if they see water.
Mds manufacturing is a local manufacturer here in South Dakota, they make a double spear with the slide and I believe they will put any mount on it from skid to pay loader. They are not the cheapest by any means, but seems like quality equipment.
@@GolschHayFarms yes it is big, I use the 3 spike one, made for big squares, but remove the center spike. Works good for loading round bales on double hay van
They look like the same machine I used to run at my buddy’s tree farm, which is a gehl ctl80, it’s an extremely tough machine, but leaves out a lot of the creature comforts of the more expensive machines. I have a Deere 333g on my hay farm and I find it rides much better, but the lifting capacity of the gehl/tak is right up there with it if that’s all you want out of a machine
A 100hp machine (like tl12) with high flow hydraulics would definitely run a brush cutter or drum mulcher. Up where I live there’s quite a few companies around that use skid steers with drum mulchers.
Looks like you put 10w30 gas engine oil in the hydros. Takeuchi take 10w30 Diesel engine oil in the hydros only. If it was diesel oil nevermind lol. seen alotta people make that mistake. hydro pumps aint cheap.
I noticed you put some cheap hydraulics fluid in a machine that probably takes hydrostatic fluid. This is usually the beginning of the end for the pumps and hydrostatic, motors, why do thAt
I have a 2008 TL150 890 hrs. Worth its weight in gold now. No def.....(:

Nice skid steer buddy. Keep farming

Uchi is a great brand of skidsteer. Lots of locals swear by them.
Armstrong Ag in Brenham TX makes a 2 bale skid steer attach hay spear with 4 spikes.
They do. But its huge. We have one and had to cut it down

I live right around the corner from them great company
Wp equipment on s post oak in houston texas very large compound best of luck
Hard to beat a skid steer for all around usefulness.
Almost need that boy of yours to but up there pulling those pins
Because it was probably set outside wct in Brenham right down the street.i am from Brenham Texas Washington County tractor in Brenham
Reason the oil was clean is because the hydraulic system takes motor oil not hydraulic oil.
What kind of hay wagon do you have?
If you are looking for a tractor go to Boehm there is our old 7210 John deer it is 2wd it has 110 hp
So far how do you like that machine? I’m looking into skid steers used and I’ve seen a ton of that brand
They are a simple, tough machine. I've had one a couple years and just do normal maintenance.
Built like a tank and very reliable. I have a TL8.

@@TWinkler02 I wonder how one would handle a mulcher head probably not a drum mulcher but a deck style?

Hey
Wouldn’t a tractor or a wheeled skid steer be easier on your grass?
