- With the first developer preview of iOS 18 being released for testing, here's a video where I compare the Light and Dark Mode app icons for this new version of Apple's flagship smartphone OS!

It’s a good idea
But it's probably impossible to have a moon since they may require the shape to be the same, and only the colours to be changed.

I was impressed from wwdc and all the major and minor updates to iOS 18, iPad os 18, macOS 15 sequoia, tvOS 18 and watchOS 11 have the betas for iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, it’s mind blowing love the new control center

You should compare the IOS 18 icons with the ones from IOS 15-17. I’ve actually noticed some differences between them. But even if they are very VERY difficult to notice. They are still there when you compare them side by side.

No it's not for app it's for IOS to do it click edit and u can see icons to change it

For context: that logo means that the phone id no longer having the android files. All which could be done is to write the filed by edl (not sure) or manually remove the nand and write the data.

They could be improved. The maps look decolored, the weather look weird with the black sky and the notes have black paper!
Finally, an actual proper homescreen and adaptable icons on iOS.

I always despised the Phone, Messages and FaceTime icons in iOS ever since they got that neon green colour like 10 years ago. The Mac versions since Big Sur was a bit nicer with the 3D bubbles but I still never quite liked the iOS versions. The new dark mode icons sets make them look a lot better, less in-your-face imo.

Whenever a feature Android enjoyed longer hits iPhone, I always say Apple took the time to get it right…and I wholeheartedly believe that.
