Yes you can still au pair without a diploma. Some host families and agencies are not keen on a diploma rather on a person’s character

18 to 31 that's even better most of European countries maximum is 28 30's and above not allowed.

You don’t need money to become an Aupair in general. Some websites or rather some host parents will not ask you to pay your own flight instead they will cater for everything. Just keep trying 🙏🏾
