Her never really having a lead role probably hurt her most...she played supplemental characters throughout her career.. She had a recurring role this past season on the hit comedy series, "Mom". Karen played one of the two maids that worked for Jaime Priestley's character, Jill. As usual, Karen played a scene-stealing character can keep up with any major actor in a hit series. Good for you, Karen!!!
She is a very good actress She also had a small roll on the tv show snowfall as a disgruntled neighbor. She also played a librarian on the tv show Cherish the day.

Met her at my job (hotel) a few years ago...shr was speaking at one of the neighboring colleges. She STILL looks young and tiny! She is a popcorn fanatic so I made sure she had some during her stay
She stayed at the resort I work for. I drove her to the strip and had a kool conversation with her. She still looks the same as when she was in her 20s.

He built his own studio and named at lot of the sets after African American people in the business. He even has one named after Spike Lee who talked shit about him and his work. Spike was so honored, humbled and grateful (and probably embarrased that he talked so much shit about Tyler) he had no choice but to give Tyler his props. And to think he used to be homeless living in his car. Say what you want about the man, but he is doing his thing without asking "white Hollywood" for a damned thing and he is employing a lot of minorities in many different fields in the industry. I am personally not a BIG fan of his work, but I respect his hustle. I ain't mad at him at all.
