I honestly feel like as I have gotten older, I gravitate toward youtubers who do more natural looks just because I find it more relatable to watch people do similar looks to me. bareMinerals is so underrated! The barePro liquid, barePro pressed powder foundation, and bareskin serum concealer are my favorite complexion products. They were my first high end makeup products every and still love em. Agree about the mineral veil, I have oily skin too and I only need a little bit for an all day look. They look great on you!

I wish they came out with more shades of that blush formula! The 4 they came out with weren’t calling my name... They probably wanted to test the waters before launching more shades. But I’ve heard really good things!!

Bare minerals complexion powders are not meant to be baked on top of. If the powder foundations feel dry, keep buffing until they turn into liquid by mixing with your skins oils, you can also blend the powders with a hydrating serum or moisturizer, TRY IT!

btw i DEF think you should try the MATTE MINERAL powder (i know you said you dont like powder) but i have normal -dryish skin and i went out on a lib and tried it because i was sick of the liquuid routine... but i came to the conclusion that the Matte is probably my favorite foundation EVER! I have some acne scars (always picking ) and it covers it amazing! I also use the mineral concealer and spot conceal and it makes those scars look invisible :)

And about the powder, I have the exact same feelings about the loose powder as you...now try their pressed bareskin perfecting veil powder, that one is BOMB, gives you a very natural look but it sucks at keeping the oils controlled.

Not everything in the line is good. bare minerals bounce eyeshadow was horrible, it gave little to no coverage and wore off in a few hours. The cream blush in the line is beautiful and I would recommend.
Just saw this and purchased this foundation! Totally forgot to look it up on CosDNA before purchasing though and later found out it contains Algin and can cause irritation or acne. Not sure if you’re acne prone, but has this ever made you break out at all?

you know whats funny, i JUST decluttered some makeup a few hours ago and the mineral veil got decluttered bc of how dry it is. i may try the hydrating powder one day but i dont always love a sheen to my powders :(
