Dillinger Escape Plan near-literally screams jazz on every song. Riffs that other bands would call solos, Overplaying, their particular chord selection, all juxtaposed with timing signatures often labeled "weird" or "off" by sane people who haven't done deep dives into theory...kinda synonymous with both DEP and jazz. Supposedly the guys in DEP listen to mostly jazz fusion too, but that may or may not be hearsay
Better lighting can help with the crispness, when it's low light the camera has to adjust the shutter speed which can cause your hands to lag behind like that.
Every time I go pick up flatwound strings, the people helping me instantly assume I play jazz, but I just really dislike how nickel roundwound strings sound too bright.
And what is the conclusion now? Did it work? I am not sure if i interprete your headshaking right? Was it easier to play? Was it harder? Did the sound fit? Or not? What Amps were used? Which Strings? Did you make adjustments - or just took your regular setup and plugged in this guitar? Keep on going. But please do not let open sooo many questions after one video;D
I've got the PC-1V in white with a Bigsby!! Such a sick guitar - Mine's currently set in drop G, but will be back to somewhere near standard tuning soon haha XD
Oh my god. I found american 2SICH ! You and 2SICH have similar vibes and atmosphere, I still can't describe it properly, but it's all about overall feelings and of course skills and music choices. Hello there ;3 P.S. also, I really like this kind of sound by jazzy one with distortion, pretty unique with those high-mid EQ, it could sound pretty nice with almost any avant-garde metal scene for sure.
No, the ECs are definitely metal/rock guitars. But I think the XTones are jazz guitars, or at least intended to be. But after, these comments I feel like I might be the only one who thinks that 😂
Now play Jazz on a Death Metal guitar
Shhhhh..... don't give away my ideas
Isn't that the Ben Weinman signature guitar? Dillinger Escape Plan and Suicidal Tendencies doesn't scream jazz 😂
Fair enough with Suicidal Tendencies, but Dillinger definitely has a lot of jazz influence. Absolutely love Ben Weinman! 😊
I was going to ask the same thing until I saw the inlays. It definitely a cool guitar.

Mad skills in this one. Even though it is an extremely metal guitar

Thanks for tip!
@@yinggolg is it a logitech series of cam? there are some settings you can try in logi capture in addition to lighting of course
DAAAAAAMN That intro was SICK!
You should see the original played in bass by Jared.
czcams.com/video/yAYHa3ZVoC4/video.html
TIL that LTD makes a semi hollow body guitar WITH AN EVERTUNE? wth hahaha that's sick! Sick playing too btw
Best combination IMO!
I have a really big complaint, I'm greedy and I want more of that, much much more of it!
Thank you, that was friggin great!
Super dope but if you wanna really capture the spirit of Archspire riffs… You gotta go bald 😉 Keep up the great content!
Full cover please

Drain Of Incarnation is my favorite song of theirs.

Good one
Thank you
you are cool and pretty and your work really has things to appreciate :) best wishes!

Dang, playing was pretty tight
EVERTUNE POWER!!!

smoooooth
sick
Wooooow❤❤
Nice
SIIIIICK !
Reminds me of Sylosis in their Gibson era
I've got the PC-1V in white with a Bigsby!! Such a sick guitar - Mine's currently set in drop G, but will be back to somewhere near standard tuning soon haha XD
Metal AF
Drain in tarnation
I also think a Fender Jazz Bass is good for all kinds of metal as a bass section, it sounds good dry or with distortion!
cool
My dream girl

Lol, thank you! I absolutely love 2SICH, she's great!
Love the all around talent, it's like talent on steroids, kindly stating, Love it, thnx for sharing, SHALOM
🤘
Archspire - Drain of Incarnation. for those who will be looking like me, but I would advise Archspire - Drone Corpse Aviator
I already thought Archspire was jazz?
♥
When I saw the thumbnail I thought those were tattoos hahahaha
If I could afford it, they would be!
XD awesm
Классно👍🤘
When you study music, this is the result! Good Luck !!
Nice cover! Them Canadian fellas sure know how to rip a guitar face outta people lol
Ah yes, a jazz guitar with evertune
(Great playing btw)
Lol, I can't be the only one who thinks that the evertune is ideal for jazz, more than just about any other bridge. Idk tho 😅
@@yinggolg It might be! I just always associated it with metal guitars. l haven't actually tried one myself
My first thought was that it's a really strong top on that guitar (I guess it's just semi-hollow)
I would love to see a company release an archtop with an evertune. I feel like that would be such a cool guitar.
SALUDOS,..,..HEMBRA
Some cameras have a feature called, “low light compensation” that is generally unnecessary for good capture quality.
Maybe try turning that off 🤷♂️
I want more ot those, if you like.
Cover "the facelesss autotheist movement II Emancipate" please ..and share backing track guitar too ,thanks .
Love the crispness of the sound! What amp sim are u using?
I use Neural DSP Archetype Abasi. It's the best tool I've bought in a long time!
@@yinggolg Oh really! It almost sounds as if you were using piezo pickup! lol. Great cover btw! subbed!
The piezo type sound you hear might be because I play P90s instead of humbuckers. They give a little more space for notes to breathe.
what?i cant believe it 1000 better than rest of the guys !unbelievably !super
jazzy death metal should be the next big thing in the music world
I don't know if you're into punk/hardcore, but I'm working on some stuff that's kinda like jazzy hardcore (call it mathcore, if that makes more sense)
It's possible in both ways, sometimes i play Jazz on my Jackson/Ibanez ;()
yep youtube algorithms did it again

Good job. What is the original song ?
Archspire - drain of incarnation
Thank you! The song is "Drain of Incarnation" by Archspire.
Ok, I am the 999 subscriber
Sure, why not? 🤔
its sounds like jinjer
Кажется это вейл оф пнаф, но хз может я ошибаюсь
Автор, все заеб ok
Those are tattoes or pieces of clothes?🤔 (I couldn't beat that distraction of mine, sorry😄)
I have a Violet Andromeda EC1000, is it a jazz guitar? Thing chugs like a son of a bitch lol
No, the ECs are definitely metal/rock guitars. But I think the XTones are jazz guitars, or at least intended to be. But after, these comments I feel like I might be the only one who thinks that 😂
thank u cute girl 4 this video ^.^
Ummm, that's not a Jazz guitar though.
Les paul isn't jazz lol. I tought it would be archtop guitar.
I don't have a les paul...
@@yinggolg ok, my bad. It looks like one. So, what guitar it is?
@@DiegoLopezVlog It's an LTD BW-1 (Ben Weinman's signature) It's an offset semi-hollow kinda vibe!
@@yinggolg it kinda looks like made for black metal ngl.
like..80%of tone comes from amp :P
I agree to an extent, but I genuinely believe that the feel of the guitar is more important.
those sweeps were really bad
Yeah
@@yinggolg i'm sorry, don't mind it
クリーントーンだと下手具合がよく分かるねw
Nice you’re a really good guitar player.
Thank you 😄
Too much hair. Shave bald.
I fear that may make my channel into a horror movie 😂
So what ? Another video about nothing
Yeah, pretty much. None of my videos with substance get views, lol. I love the algorithm 🙃
Archspire? Death metal? Lol 😅
What’s this song called?
It's called "Drain of Incarnation" by Archspire
