During the Paleto Score in story mode, Michael, Trevor, and the other guy who robbed the bank with them (forgot his name) come walking out of the bank bad-ass with ballistic armor and heavy weaponry. This was inspired by a bank robbery in north Hollywood California in 1997 where two bank robbers wielded several firearms with fully automatic switches and dressed in full suits of kevlar body armor started a massive gunfight with the cops that lasted about an hour. Unlike GTA, however, the two bank robbers ended up getting killed.
This was fun to watch, though I believe you missed the limited-time Halloween arcade machine rom hack titled "Camhedz". Another neat little reference to Manhunt. 😉
10:32 you can also see this in the Agency. I don't know if the layout of the Agencies differ due to location, but in Franklin's Office, you can see "OG LOC". I think you can see this exact one. Which means he took his stuff from home, to hang it on his office wall.
there are more mask easter eggs, off the top of my head I remember you can get hockey masks that look like the ones the Psychos wear in Manhunt. I haven't played MH so I don't know it that well to spot other ones. If you do an addemdum video it's good to just go through the entire shop to see if you recognize any :)

One says R32 GTR and one says AE86, the futos name is an acronym for tofu, which is what takumi delivered in initial d as the Futo is based on an AE86, there is also a reference to the initial d ae86 in the liveries for the Futo GTX
The fact that Claude (from GTA III) can be your Online Character’s biological father, is super cool. So making Claude as your Online Character is very easy to do. Use his likeness in your initial character creator, then pick up a black leather jacket, black T-shirt, olive coloured cargo pants and a pair of black sneakers. All you need to complete the build is a Baseball Bat. 👍
There's another secret for Liberty City in Story mode. After the mission "Monkey Business", Michael can call Solomon Richards, and when he asked if they can hang out, Solomon says hes in Liberty City getting, to quote, "Some life time achievement thing".
The "he went quiet" line from Lester can also be interpreted literally because Niko's voice actor refused to do any more work for R*
