In this video, we show you how to install our LED Headlights for the 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra & 2008-2017 Toyota Sequoia. A full-LED upgrade for your factory halogen lights is a great way to modernize your truck and provide the performance you need.
These headlights feature the newer styling found on premium trim levels of the 2018+ Tundra, with added features such as sequential turn signals. The newer styling is a great way to refresh the look of your truck and give it a serious update.
They feature full-LED function, including low beam and high beam. Using modern, application-specific optical reflectors, these lights produce much higher intensity and output than the factory halogen units.
The most distinctive part of these headlights is the integrated LED daytime running light, or DRL. This illuminates when your truck is running, with a brilliant and noticeable white LED accent. Even though the factory headlights don’t have DRL, installation of this feature is simple thanks to the included fuse tap.
These headlights feature an integrated sequential LED turn signal. Every time the turn signal is activated, amber LEDs flash across the middle of the lamp in a smooth, chasing sequence. When you’re finished making your turn, they automatically “switch back” to the bright white DRL.
Even though the headlight style changed over the years, these lights bolt right on the factory mounting points. The only difference is a small trim panel that goes under the headlight. A pair of trim panels are included with your purchase, which you can either leave matte black or paint to match your truck.
Form Lighting headlights are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. Rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance.
Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.
Our headlights for the Tundra & Sequoia are plug-and play for the main functions, along with a fuse tap if you’d like to enable the daytime time running light feature. They were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector and work correctly with the factory electronics. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing!
All Form Lighting products are rigorously tested for reliability, and backed by a two-year warranty. The warranty is supported directly by Form Lighting, and any replacement parts, if needed, are shipped quickly from Form Lighting’s US warehouse. On the rare occasion that you may need to utilize your warranty, we try to keep the process as simple as possible - for example, no return is normally necessary.
    Thanks for watching!

They look good! I have a 2012 Sequoia with the headlight washers. Questions:
    1) do the trims that are included have those smaller plastic covers for the washers?
    2) I’m a dummy when it comes to DIY stuff. Is there a more complete step by step video on connecting the included harness? Would you route them in front of the engine/radiator?

I ordered these lights. My harness came with two 15fuses. The original 10amp fuse prongs are too short.

Just started installing mine and have the same issue. Supplied harness is shipped with two 15A fuses and the ignition only requires a 10A. Factory Toyota fuses are not compatible with the supplied fuse holder. This is certainly something that should have been addressed as there is no other supplied instructions in the box.

Hey there! These headlights include two adjustment screws that make it very easy to aim them after being installed. We include this in the video description under the section about them being SAE and DOT compliant.

Guys, but if you're gonna do a video you should do it right. I just installed these. It came with tails that obviously were for another model. But there was nothing in the instruction that said that was the case. In addition, you should have mentioned that for some of the wires like the one that has the indicator bulb in the old headlamp, should just have the bulb removed and the wire stuck back in the cavity. In other words, there are going to be more factory wires by default a few of those not being used. That was perplexing especially to someone like myself who is not a mechanic. Also, how on earth do you adjust these things? I've turned both of the discs; upper and lower and the lights don't move at all???

    • @formlighting
      @formlighting  Před rokem +3

Hey there! Thanks for the feedback. We haven't had any reports of mismatched connectors at this point in time, but we would like to note if that is the case. We did note that the headlight leveling connector won't be used at the 2:36 mark, as these do not retain that functionality. If you're having trouble aiming them, please go ahead and give us a call at 636-748-4444 Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST, or shoot us an email at contact@formlights.com, and our service team would be happy to help you with that.
