- Hypotonic cerebral palsy is also known as floppy child syndrome. Some times it is also known as hypotonia as there is loss of muscle tone in children. Their muscle tone is decreased to an extent that even the child is unable to support or keep the head erect.
One of the main cause is HIE or Hypoxia Ischemic Encephalopathy.

We can do nothing for deaf and dumb, but we can surely help in regaining the neck control. Use therapy ball for this purpose

Sir, meri beti 5 months 20 days ki hay. Last time doctor dilhayata to he said she is floppy child by testing hanging...jo woh apni legs flat hang kar rahi thi..2nd hath tanke uthaya to uski head piche jhuk rahi thi. Meri beti kp god me horizontal le ne mein deri hui. Lag vag 4 mahine mein woh god me horizontal lena suru hua. Ghar me tummy position mein rakhte hat to sar ucha kar ke rakhti hay upto 4 minutes...khilona dikhate hay to sar ghumti hay. Horizontaly hanging me rakhte hay to knees kabhi slight bend karti hay...kanhi flat. Neck pehle se steady... Few seconds ke liye baith ti v hay. I am so worried. Doctor puri tarah se declare nehi kia 2 months observation me rakhne ke liye bole. What do u think? Pls reply
Doctor belly me hath rakh ke uthaya tha to U shape hui thi. Woh lhilona hath me leti/uthati hay Ungli jor se daba ke pakarti hay. Now U shape..hanging legs.. And head flop back side when doctor pulled her up by hand are the only symbol to diaganose she is floppy??
Your baby is of around 5+ months, some infants takes 6 to 8 months for neck control. As you told she can hold her neck for few seconds and also can sit for few seconds, so, it is too early to diagnose her as floopy child. Let your doctor observe her for few more weeks/months. I can understand your concern. Being a father you need to be strong now and don't loose hope. Best wishes

Sir I'm from Pakistan.. My two year old baby have unstable neck.. He can't hold his neck (partial neck holding). V r doing his excercises but it's very slow responding. Please sir I will b very thankful to u if u can suggest any best excercise for his neck holding?
Neck holding in such baby takes too long to gain strength. In my experience, the best exercises is using a therapy ball as in the video. You can also make the baby sit at the wall corner with neck supported on either sides with pillow
