Hetap joke starts when Vegeta got angry that someone drank the last Hetap when everyone was waiting for Goku to land from Yardrat. Then during the lead up to the Cell games announcement on TV there was a commercial where someone murders a guy for the drink with the tag "you've murdered for less" and Vegeta says "thats not untrue"

If we're being complete, the Hetap references started back in season 2 when Goku pulled a can of hetap out of the fridge in the Capsule Corps ship. I think it was part of an end credits scene making a Team Four Star Soda joke or something. But it didn't really start to become an in-universe meme until the Cell saga.

Man, i only ever watched the first couple episodes yeeeeeeeeaaaars ago, and i was like “yeah that’s kinda funny”.
But watching through with you guys, I think i must have tapped out right before it got good. It’s so funny and clever, and you can tell how much team four star absolutely loved the original. Also it’s a fun way to re-experience all the best moments without having to slog through all the slow parts of the anime, which is like 70% of it.
Now you guys need to react to the Cell games VS videos. There is a lot of them, but I suggest watching the ones from teamfourstar

They have never been close in power. Not once. On introduction, even post-Power Ball wounded Vegeta would slap around Piccolo like a toddler. Only post-SB landing would he stand a chance. On Namek, Piccolo shows up with an enormous advantage (upon merging with Nail) only to lose that to a hilarious degree moments later. Then Vegeta overtakes Goku who is beyond Trunks who is well beyond Piccolo only for Piccolo to join with Kami and have that overtaken in a day (year) when a zenkai should have sufficed (but those got shelved until SPC called dubs on the last one in canon). Vegeta would never even be slightly challenged by him going forward. To make it work, Vegeta would have to cripple himself (huge restrictions).

If you want to know of a villian more terrifying than Cell or King Piccolo, you might be interested in X.A.N.A. because before I explain reasons why X.A.N.A. does anything, you should know it is from Code Lyoko, characters with big foreheads? Childish animation? While that first joke is true, the second is damaging to this villain's reputation and that's where I go to what it has done.
X.A.N.A. is an AI/Multi Agent System which it's old in terms of being used in 1995 and how the show it debuted in ended in 2007 but this is its last words were since we're excluding Evolution in this instagram.com/p/ByX0qx_Hi_0/?igshid=tbhdypd3ll95 so that is scary right? Well the first thing it did when it became the demonic entity (term I came up for it) we all know and love is contact the Men In Black, yes there was two agents in black uniforms to Franz Hopper's location and kidnap his wife Anthea, their little daughter had to experience this and X.A.N.A. didn't listen to its creator's pleas but why is this doing this? It's because Franz Hopper was doing thousands of time reversals to finish Lyoko and as irrational as it sounds, this is a program that learns and that's what makes this thing scary.
Now I will speak of what it has done and here's some of the attacks it does which include:
1. When Jeremie awakened X.A.N.A., the being eventually hacked the Computer in his dorm which then hacked his robots, they were programmed to attack him and some others who were teenagers which X.A.N.A.'s corrupted state is the thing they deal with because Franz sealed it in the Supercomputer with him and his daughter for a reason. The first use of RTTP, the Time Reversals in the show help increase X.A.N.A.'s intelligence and power which the next attacks become worse than this.
2. X.A.N.A. produced this song called Glad When You're Bad which sounds normal until you realize this puts the listener into a paralyzed state which stays that way until their pulse drops and drops before death. 3. There is this harmless rat that went into the cafeteria to get a Granny Smith Apple but what X.A.N.A. decides to do is send a spectre and it pins the thing down before going into its mouth and begins to possess it which this now extremely aggressive and intelligent creature bites more rats in the sewer, this spreads hence the episode's name Plagued which this is not something you can just run from and expect to stop, X.A.N.A.'s essence lurks in anything that's possessed and so you are done, the episode even shows how futile the efforts are but the RTTP stops this.
4. X.A.N.A. takes over two autonomous convoy trains and they were what this being wants for carrying one thing, Highly Toxic Chemicals and it makes sure the men and woman notice its Eye and not know who's in control, they were moving extremely fast so that was great in X.A.N.A.'s mind or programming, whatever the equivalent mind is for Sentient Program's.
There's far more, like around 97 different attacks but the biggest one was the most terrifying, to possess William Dunbar who is a teenager on Lyoko and send him to destroy the Heart of Sector 5 but that did more than what's expected which was after the last of Lyoko was destroyed, this happened instagram.com/p/ByX1oZ7Hbdc/?igshid=att04kbkbrfe and that was the type of individual William became, he became X.A.N.A. and is more of the kind of Antagonist we'd expect, an evil individual coming in person and showing their potential in person but X.A.N.A. is S Tier on my Fictional Villian Tier List because it knows the lesson Actions speak louder than words and that adds to the great things about this villian, it succeeds by remaining quiet and it works when it's doing attacks.
