Things you might not think are a big deal may be a big deal to them so if they ask you and you react, you are better off denying than confessing. This is not a therapy session where you get things off your chest. Keep your mouth shut and insist that you don't believe that you reacted. If you spike to a question they have no way of knowing if you are being deceitful or if you are just uncomfortable with the subject. Once you confess to something however, it is written in stone. Stay cool and just keep denying.
