On 7 Oct, 2022 I rode EC 113 from Salzburg to Villach which runs two hours earlier than the one shown in this vid.

Thank you so much for sharing!!! The Passau Munich video is very special for me and my DAD RIP 2014 wie travelled 22 years from Graz Austria to Passau - Deggendorf- Regensburg - Würzburg!!! Thank you so much!!!!
@JohnnyBGoode-zz2mo I am so glad that you liked the v video so much and that it brought some good memories on the times you spent with your dad. I wish you a very nice day!
Meravigliosamente bello, complimenti !

Magnificent. Such a beautiful country. The train was gliding :) & so clean :) You watch a driver's view through India and you can't see past the rubbish!
As you constantly remind us in your videos, we are blessed with a great many beautiful countries to choose from - Austria and Switzerland rank very highly among them. In this video you present us with one breathtaking scene after another - what a visual treat! As for the quality of your recorded sound, I have been one of your more vocal critics - but here in this and a few of your other more recent videos, you seem to have found a good compromise solution. Although your audio is now monaural, it no longer has the constant sound of the wind blowing in your microphone whenever the trains you are videoing from are running at speed. We get to hear the sound of the train ok, while the big thing here is ALWAYS your wonderfully clear and focused visual graphics - one could hardly ask for better! Thank you, Rail Relaxation, for all you are doing to create these superb cab-view travelogues.
@joscallinet6260 Thank you very much for your kind words. They mean a lot to me. I am very happy to know, that there are so many people travelling with me along the beautiful European railways and enjoying the views. My goal is to improve the sound quality even more, but I have to point out, that it is not always possible for me to record the sound in the drivers cabin. I am doing my best and constantly learning more about the equipment, production and the lines in the countries that I am visiting. I always loved to travel, loved trains and videography and I am happy that I could combine those interests in this channel to show people from all over the world all those amazing places. As you said, we are blessed with a great many beautiful countries to choose from. Thank you again.
Travelled this route twice in real life (Zagreb-Zurich and Salzburg-Zagreb) and 100s of times on CZcams :) The part between Bad Hofgestein and Badgestein single track is one of my favourites… Thank you for your videos. And good to see (hear) cab sounds instead of the wind blowing :)

Hello, thank you very much for the perfect ride. Very nice route, from the weather everything included and instead of the ÖBB Taurus times a 101 from the DB in front of the EC. 👍🏻The camera was on the outside of the locomotive and the microphone separately in the driver's cab? Best regards.
It is automated voice with encoded messages concerning difficulties computer encounters with the train and takes over itself with automated corrected response. Often it is not in relation with any real problems. More can be found on different sites including Wkpdia. "Zug beeinflußung!" means "Influencing the train!", "Sifa" stands for "Sicherheitsfahrschaltung", "Safety Driving Circuit", "Deadman Control System", "AFB" stands for "Automatische Fahr und Bremsen", "Automatic Driving and Braking".
@@rikardlalic7275 It's not really about difficulties, but mostly just status information. E.g. "Zugbeeinflussung" is voiced whenever the train detects trackside influence at a signal (showing an aspect that requires the driver to slow down); the driver has to acknowledge that he has seen the signal by pushing the corresponding button. "Sifa" is voiced to remind the driver to operate the deadman footswitch if he hasn't done so for a while, so the train knows the driver is still there. On newer engines also other driver input (eg. changing speed, acknowledging signals, ...) is counted as such, so you mostly hear "Sifa" only on longer stretches of track without any changes. If the driver does not react to those messages there will be a "Zwangsbremsung" (enforced braking) after a few seconds. The message that indicates malfunctions or faults ist "Störung" - especially Bombardier engines are known to use that one quite a lot ;-) (and with a quite annoying voice as well). fun fact: in Austrian locomotives those voice messages were done by the same speaker who also does the automated station announcements, Chris Lohner - and compared to other voices, you can really hear that she's a trained actress; especially her "Zwangsbremsung" almost sounds as if the loco is personally insulted that the driver made a mistake 🙂

Nice videos
Thanks
@@RailRelaxation very good
Well if the preview is how the whole ride will be I think I'll pass! What the heck is the engineer doing with all that banging around I hear? 😅
@gabrielameissl1390 You are welcome. I will put it on my list.
Ich freue mich , vielen Dank !
@AG-il7hn You are very welcome. The camera was outside, yes and the microphone inside of the cabin.
@@RailRelaxation Okay, thank you for your answer. Then until the next great video. 👍🏻😊
@@AG-D647 😊
Would be nice to know what the male voice in cab is saying
It is automated voice with encoded messages concerning difficulties computer encounters with the train and takes over itself with automated corrected response. Often it is not in relation with any real problems. More can be found on different sites including Wkpdia. "Zug beeinflußung!" means "Influencing the train!", "Sifa" stands for "Sicherheitsfahrschaltung", "Safety Driving Circuit", "Deadman Control System", "AFB" stands for "Automatische Fahr und Bremsen", "Automatic Driving and Braking".
Class 101
Many thanks
The message that indicates malfunctions or faults ist "Störung" - especially Bombardier engines are known to use that one quite a lot ;-) (and with a quite annoying voice as well).
fun fact: in Austrian locomotives those voice messages were done by the same speaker who also does the automated station announcements, Chris Lohner - and compared to other voices, you can really hear that she's a trained actress; especially her "Zwangsbremsung" almost sounds as if the loco is personally insulted that the driver made a mistake 🙂
what camera are you using?
@Toton7896 I am using GoPro camera.
This is way bettwr than Microsoft Train simulator
@Aces77777 I. not know the simulator, but normally the real life is way better😉

@luigibrunomanzini253 thanks.

@mintaka57 Thank you.
Würde gerne mal von München nach Klagenfurt Sehen Gruß Michael aus Magdeburg

@hartmutlorentzen9659 Thank you!
