I needed to hear this mental ,spiritual, physical you just don’t know . Thank you , thank you, thank you. Every day that goes by it feels like Im alone no matter how close someone gets to me . I’m closed off inside nothing goes in nothing comes out . Super numb, no where to go just the thought that there is hope out there that someone out there may be experiencing what I am is enough. Every aspect of my life it’s like the puzzle puzzle pieces don’t fit. I don’t fit !!! this spiritual war is deep but I’m willing to hold on as long as I know there’s people out there that want the same question I want .

I was extremely stressed at work today and found it hard to calm down after getting home. My mind is always everywhere and I kid you not this sound bath just completely removed all my racing thoughts and my mind got clear and even empty which never happens. Now i feel so relaxed compared to just a moment ago. This is amazing.

Listening to this with headphones really helped me with my meditation this morning. My mind was calmer and more peaceful. So the cool thing is, I was listening to a different video on my headphones and skipped to the next video without looking. I didn't know which chakras to focus on but decided to just drop it and meditate. A few minutes in I found myself focusing and feeling the throat, third eye, and crown. Wonderful peace of mind it gave me. I confirmed it with the title after, and I think I believe in chakras now!?

Whenever I listen to sound bowls it's like I can hear it in my mind or my brain? lol, I don't know if this makes sense but it literally feels like the vibrations of the sound are in my mind..does this have anything to do with the pineal gland?
