I do this 2/3 times ⏲️ & then l WAX them in my Specific SMALL CROCK POT . My whole drive train Chain Rings & Titanium Ceramic Jockey Wheels r thoroughly cleaned. There is no better way than this 2 look after a road bike . Gr8full l have my SL5 on the Indoor Bike Trainer & l can swap between the SL7 /SL8 SWORKS ( both ) Enjoy Ur Riding
